Mydayis was great, but new insurance won’t cover. So, now I take extended release Adderall which works pretty well. I noticed a difference in my productivity immediately. When I was diagnosed, I decided to give meds a two week trial. Once I was on them and realized what I had been contending with, I never stopped taking meds

I don't think there is a right or wrong amount of time for sex. I think you can't discount foreplay or stopping to switch to things other than intercourse because sex should be an experience and be based on what each of you is feeling good doing in that moment. I've had sex that was great that lasted 5 minutes because the build up was awesome or it was a cheeky quick one, and I've had sex that was great that lasted an hour because we switched and swapped and did other things and both came more than once. There is no 'right' length of time, it is all about the moment and bringing pleasure to one another.

Mine is when I was with a guy that apparently had low confidence in their skills, because both during head and sex they kept stopping every few minutes to ask if it was OK.
