@From The Darkness To The Light Hello. Following the teachings of God's Word means you don't agree with the gross corruption of His truth by calvinism. No idea who Gene Kim is. CALVINISM CRUSHED! Calvinism is a cancerous, demonic corruption of the original Gospel (Jude 3-4). In Matthew 25:41 Jesus tells us that hell was only created for "the devil and his angels." This plainly means that God intended for no one to go to hell - as we see clearly stated in many other Bible verses (1 Timothy 2:4; 2 Peter 3:9). This plainly proves that Calvinism is completely false when it tells us that God pre-selected certain people for damnation. Calvinism is a diabolical system of heretical mockery against our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. All who teach any part of it are the grace-perverting "ungodly men" Jude warned us about (Jude 3-4). Calvinism is a Fraud - a perversion of the original Gospel of Christ. Calvinism has its roots in the antichrist systems of metaphysics and catholicism. IF YOU have been confused by just WHO God sent His only begotten Son to die for, well your curiosity and wondering is over: When speaking of who Jesus died to save, 1 John 2:2 uses the phrase "the WHOLE world" ... the totality of the diabolical, extra-biblical system of calvinism is exploded and exposed as false in this one truth.... and so are all those who teach the Christ-defying doctrines of reformed/calvinistic theology. The are the very enemies of Christ and vilest of wolves (Jude 3-4). Beware and "mark them." (Romans 16:17-18) The "ungodly" calvinist snakes have been widely exposed for their un-biblical and "strange doctrines" and therefore have resorted to dropping the use of the name calvinism (and other forms of it) yet still perpetrate their evil heresies - represented by the TULIP acronym or 5 poisonous points of calvinism (Hebrews 13:9; Jude 3-4, etc.). Beware saints. These "enemies of the cross of Christ" have cloaked their diabolical mischief (Philippians 3:18-19). NO SUCH thing as a Bible believer who is a calvinist. 3 verse death nail to all of calvinism: Rom. 2:11; James 1:13-15; 1 John 2:2. Calvinists are the delusionals who believe they can espouse a fairy tale and call it the gospel. safeguardyoursoul.com/calvinism/

This is what preaching used to be. I'm in my sixties. I was raised in church. This kind of Bible based preaching was normal. Nobody squawked over it. People were truly born again under it. Then came "free love" era and then the the 1970's, gold necklaces over deeply cut v neck shirts for men, (staying alive) and Americans gave themselves over to the flesh more. The messages in churches changed during that decade. Repentance and frank talk about eternal damnation vs eternal life lost its place and now can rarely be found. It is my belief that the current hardness of heart against Christianity and the insane amount of immorality in our nation today is due to the church losing the true gospel back then. By degrees it left. It can only be returned again by a violent wrenching away from the false gospel message.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them,,I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.Matthew 7:21-23 A neculear bomb went off,a huge war started in my soul and a couple of months later i just couldn't fight against God anymore and fell flat on my face in repentance(a word i'd never even heard before) weeping,crying out to God,some of the things i was laying @ the foot of the cross were completely discuisting and vile,some things i'd forgot had ever happened from years before,it was then i knew i was truely made free by the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ! For all of you on here endlessly debating lordship Calvinism vs classic Calvinism vs "Arminianism," you are missing the point of the sermon entirely. Why sit and debate theology while people are going to Hell by the thousands every day. Washer was preaching to a group of young people of whom many were lost and going to Hell. He doesn't waste time explaining Calvin's TULIP or Arminus's remonstrances. That's not what those kids needed to hear and it's not what a dying world needs to hear. I myself, a minister of the gospel for over 20 years, will leave the arguing over and classifying of each groups soteriology to others "smarter" than me. The self-proclaimed "theologians" and the "KZbin/Twitter Pharisees" need to wake up and see what the gospel is all about. As for me, I'll preach the simplicity of believe and repent. Believe upon Christ and in faith turn from your sin. While others write books, make videos, and fill pulpits with their systematic theologies, covenant vs dispensation, amill vs premill, etc I'll just keep doing everything I can to tell sinners of the cross and a living Savior's love for them while they were yet sinners. May we never forget our mission. It's not to argue theology. It's to know Him and make Him known!

@blakeedmondson95734 жыл бұрын
@The Bibliognost Maybe the phrase "waste time" was a poor choice of words. I didn't mean to indicate instruction in doctrine isn't needed. In fact, it's absolutely necessary. Go to the KZbin page of the church I pastor (Mt. Pisgah Baptist Gadsden, AL) and you'll see I spend a great deal of time on doctrine. My point was in this situation, those kids needed to hear the gospel and had Washer preached what people on here indicate he should've preached, those kids wouldn't have understood it. They needed the simple yet profound gospel message presented to them and that's what Washer did. And my point about the KZbin/Twitter Pharisees is there's a group online who spend all their time nit picking and attacking other preachers instead of taking the gospel to the lost world. Maybe their more spiritual than me but I have enough on my table trying to follow God's will for my own self and my own church to try to dissect and fix everyone else's issues
@blakeedmondson95734 жыл бұрын
@@stephaniebarnes2119 That's exactly what I said. Repentance means turning from sin when we're born again and afterwards. That only comes when a person has been redeemed and regenerated by the power of God
@blakeedmondson95734 жыл бұрын
@@dogmutty2This may be a longer response than you wanted. If so, I apologize in advance. To answer your question simply, I believe it's both. As the New Hampshire Confession (now the Baptist articles of faith) says, repentance and faith are "inseparable graces." You can't have faith without repentance and you can't have repentance without faith. So I believe for a person to be born again, they must come in full surrender. In other words, it's a "Lord, if you'll help me, I'll turn from this old way of living and live for you" kind of heart. That's the turning from sin initially. And, again, repentance and faith being inseparable, that person who is born again dies to sin and through the leadership of the Holy Spirit, lives a life striving to continually turn from what their sinful flesh desires. So, again, long story short, turning from sin is something that begins when someone is born again and lasts until they breathe their last breath. Hope this made at least a little sense out of the idea

@Mario Quesada "Christians" like in Matthew 7:21-23 obviously trusted in their works and did not make it. Could salvation and works be mixed? If we must prove our righteousness by our fruit, how much good fruit is enough??? And how much sin can we repent of? If it's all of it, then we have to be absolutely perfect and completely sinless which is impossible because as long as we live, sanctification will process in continuation for every believer. I completely understand that faith should be accompanied by works most definitely. That's why in James 2 He's telling those Christians who are already believers in other words James is saying to them come on brethren, if you have faith, then use it. Your faith is dead when you're not using it and working it out. Dead faith is not necessarily meaning that that you're not saved. James is saying You have faith, good now witness to others by living out that faith that produces good works such as feeding the hungry and clothing the poor. Otherwise your faith is just like the demons faith, they believe and tremble, yet their faith cant save anybody. Their faith couldn't be used for good because its dead. Yeah of course christians ought to live by faith which produces good fruit but that's how you know they are mature Christians. No one becomes automatically mature. There's alot to learn in the Christian walk. Everything grows from your faith, to your maturity, to obedience as well as your repentance of sins. Dicipleship is a learning process and a lifetime practice. No one follows Jesus perfectly. No one loves God and their neighbors perfectly. That's why our righteousness is in Christ alone and what He has done for us because we will never measure up. No matter what, we fall short! Just because people may remain immature or grow pretty slow doesn't mean they are not saved. Maybe they are missing out on heavenly rewards and their disobedience could shorten their lives here on earth. We get saved by wholehearted believing in the Gospel which is the good news That the Lord Jesus laid his life down and shed His blood, He was buried and rose again from the dead on the 3rd day. If we believe that we get saved. Then Once we believe, He promised to seal us with the Holy Spirit which would comfort us and lead us to all truth and convict us of sin, righteousness and judgement. God will begin a work in us the moment we become believers and we should grow and do good works eventually but even if we really didn't, the only evidence we need is truly believing that Jesus fully paid the price for all our sins and that He alone saved us and all we do is put our trust in His finished work.
@livebyfaith97435 жыл бұрын
@Mario Quesada I'd like to also say that not only did Jesus' death burial resurrection reconciled our relationship with God but with that being done, He also destroyed the power of sin. We're no longer under the law but under grace, we don't have to try in our own strength to do what's right and quit sinning. We rest in Christ and live by the spirit. We set our eyes on Christ and walk in obedience by faith. By His grace and in His strength we can overcome sin. As Christians we ought to partake in the Gospel. That's why we have an outward participation call water baptism which represents us dying with Christ, being buried with Him and resurrecting with Him. So if anyone is curious to ask, are you saying I can sin all I want and still be saved? Just read Romans 6. Paul response is how could anyone who has died to sin, still live in it?
@livebyfaith97435 жыл бұрын
@Mario Quesada Didn't mean to upset you if I did. Sorry if I didnt explain myself right. Although I may have disagreements on your input with scriptures. We can go on and on and on trying to prove each other wrong or prove our point across. At the end of the day we'd probably go nowhere. We can not expect others to think or believe just like ourselves or give an attitude towards someone like "look dummy, let me teach you something" you may try to prove your point but you won't really reach out to that person. You've responded to a comment I posted 6 months ago and trust me when I say, I've come a long way since then. I've had arguements and have also dialogue with youtubers and their followers because I was in neither sides of their theological spectrum. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! People were saying talking about if we're not perfect and completely sinless, we won't be saved and other people were like you can sin all you want and be saved! Whaaaaat!?!? So I went on and had discussions with people over Salvation and how we shouldn't pervert it and how we shouldn't abuse it either. That's why my explanation might of confused you. Maybe I allowed them to confuse me along the way but at the same time I think I've learned something from both perspectives. Not that I've entirely agreed with either sides. The main thing I've learned is that you can share the Gospel with people but you can not always make them get it even if you have all the biblical references on point. People will either get it or they won't. They will accept the truth or not. Maybe you are sowing a seed in them or watering it. It will be the Holy spirits job to do the work in their hearts but if we just flat out call them hypocrites or pharisees and unsaved, we will never accomplish anything. You have passion and I know you want to reach out. In doing so We must let God lead us and must make sure that we respond to people with love. Christians will be known by our fruits and love. Not that if people not so loving, they ain't saved but when we have love, we reflect God. Always stand up for your convictions but let no one get to you because like I said if you did your part, people will get it or they won't. I've decided I'm gonna share the Gospel, love God, love others and when correcting someone or an issue, I will have to try to be careful with explaining things because I definitely need to work on that. I've learned that the best way to reach out is by living out what we believe and be spirit led when the opportunity comes to share our faith. Sometimes we will have to agree to disagree. If you did your part, let God handle the rest. Thanks for your time in explaining things and sorry if I've made no sense to you. I dont claim to know everything. I'm learning and growing and I've been very open to hearing people out. So far my understanding of the Gospel is that we are saved by believing but once we're saved, we are given the holy spirit and with that comes a new nature that gives us new desires but we'll still have struggle with our flesh. We have to intentionally put to death our flesh and walk in the spirit. Jesus didn't die so we can remain in our sin, He died to set us free. We are saved onto good works but I'll never tell someone you've gotta get it together cuz if you don't obey all the commandments, you're unsaved! I will also never say you can sin all you want and if you don't believe that Jesus blood was enough, maybe you're not saved at all. I just feel like how dare people say stuff like that. I think they are genuinely concern for people's salvation but they are totally going about it the wrong way. There's gotta be a balance. You shouldn't constantly doubt your salvation but you also follow Jesus with all your heart. I really believe God looks at our hearts. He doesn't want our sacrifice. He wants us to love Him. Didn't mean to make this super long. If you read all this, I appreciate it and God bless you! Have a nice day.

This sermon was used by God so that I may wake up from my delusion about my Christianity before. See, we had no way of being educated theologically so we relied on internet resources, and before God brought this video to us, we were acquainted and were listening intently to prosperity and hyper grace messages (we didn't know that it was called like that during that time) but God caused us to feel that something's wrong with what we were learning and so the search for truth was on again. I still thank God until now for allowing us to see this video. We were corrected and it was a hard change but we needed it. God's grace did all of it. This then led us to other great truth preachers: John Piper, John MacArthur, R.C. Sproul, Charles Spurgeon, and many more. We were awakened by God through this and we never regretted it. Blessings to you, brother, and to everyone who have walked, are starting to walk, and to those who will still be walking with our Lord Jesus Christ. We are eternally grateful. Glory, praise and honor to the only wise God!

When i heard this message it changed the way i thought, turned my whole life around and i stood firm in what i always believed in. Its not about us it always been about God and God alone , in ( COLOSSIANS 1:19-23 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. And you , who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works , yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death , to present you holy , and blameless and above reproach in His sight if indeed you continue in the faith , grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard , which was preached to every creature under heaven , of which I, paul, became a minister. We must take a stand and firm living according to His will and His way not ours , Paul washer makes sure that these youth know what he is there for and thats to talk to them about salvation and the cost of not following or taking God's word to heart , and having a true repented heart. We are not hear to make friends but to save soul's because one day we are going to have to give God an account of what we did and what we have said .... and what He has entrusted us with and that is His WORD. In all this Paul washer has become my favorite preacher because he doesn't preach to entertain but to save lives and for those that hear him do like wise ... America has watered down preacher in pulpits they don't want to preach what God gives but what will make them be liked by others , they don't preach about sin or repentance and if they do preach it its toward others and not those of their own households or themselves but we must first start with ourselves and those that live in our household before we can go out to straighten someone else out like God wants us to do , we must remove our sin and be right in His presence. We must preach and at the same time run down to the seat to receive the same word that is being preached for ourself .... Paul Washer is an awesome preacher and i would love to sit down in person, for one of his sermon and meet him, he is a real preacher and not fake may the Lord truly bless and keep him and family in his love and care . I always keep him and his family in my prayer. God bless

Our Lord was a man of sorrows. Jeremiah, Isaiah and other prophets did not exhibit the joy of the Lord. And then there is the apostle Paul. He speaks of joy of the Lord, but that does not necessarily mean a smiling face. There is difference in having joy of the Lord and being a 'happy' person.
@shellyslioneyes6 жыл бұрын
Hi. Perhaps you have never watched some of his videos for children's church. He smiles almost continuously through them. He isn't going to be Mr Smiley when speaking to people about HellFire. But when he does Bible Studies he truly smiles a lot. It depends on the subject matter & the audience. Other preachers who are men pleaser & ear ticklers who won't mention the "SIN word" are always smiling. Like the drug dealer or the used car salesmen selling you drugs or a lemon. They know they are selling you that which will steal eternity from you, kill you spiritually & destroy your life. Wolves, dogs & goats & pigs...they smile! I wonder how often Jesus smiled? True men of God tell it like it is. The truth. That truth sets you free. Nevermind the personality of the messanger. Always discern if the messanger is telling you the truth. That's what matters. Pastor Paul has great messages on Biblical womanhood, manhood & messages for children. If you require a smile & want to see some joy...along with truth...I highly recommend those messages which you can search out on KZbin. They are his Bible studies. Start with one titled "Biblical Womanhood" & the rest should pop up. God bless! :)

Tim, thanks for the video. If I may suggest - please check the audio levels of the background music. It really is overpowering both your and Washer's vocals. Keep producing great stuff like this. God bless.

It has definitely saved me, thank you Paul Washer definitely a man of God. He doesn't care what people think he cares about getting the truth out there! We need it. Thank you God!!God without a doubt used Paul Washer to get a strong much needed message across and I have never been the same since 2013!

How can you dislike this ??? Do you not have fear of the lords ? I rather get the truth than sweet lie This man is very honest preaching I don’t sweet lie and take me to hell I love the truth words from god even it hurts you a moment but it set you free John 8:32 . Nowadays it very very very hard to find the preacher who telling about the SIN, FEAR GOD JESUS Most of the time I’ve heard about preaching god love you ( yes he is loved , but god is righteous. He is judged. God is not mad at you ( god is discipline you ) God want you rich ( rich to feed the poor , not for keeping) My lords you’ve been teaching me the truth so I declared your truth lords so whoever read this . Yours holy spirt working in them .
