I remember being disappointed at WWE 2K15 since I couldn't use custom music for the created wrestlers. That's one of my favorite things I loved in wrestling games: using custom music for CAWs. 2K, please bring this ability back for their future WWE 2K games. 😢

I had the game on the ps3 and I had the hulk hogan dlc. And besides 2k always end up removing the dlc from previous games as soon as the servers go down.

Since 2K15's showcase mode highlighted iconic rivalries, I just hope 2K comes back to that formula for showcase. The career showcase has been quite a bit underwhelming and repetitive recently tbh add the fact that we're not getting the full experience because we're just stuck to seeing the highlighted wrestler narrates his own career and just getting WWE footage mid game, no commentary too If 2K decides to come back to the rivalry formula, they can have: Triple H/The Rock Gargano/Ciampa Brock Lesnar/Undertaker etc. Edit: I wanna add again, have 2K hire someone from WWE to do all the narration and make the video packages look like actual promos pre-match

The SVR series was more fun than the 2K series, I tried getting into it but just wasn’t enjoyable, granted some of the 2K games had decent features such as creation mode with face adding and logos the graphics started out good but then the newer ones looked worse but gameplay felt so slow and restricted in ways, custom music, create a finishers, etc being removed was BS, also each 2K game the ring looked like it was smaller it was again feeling like it was too small to wrestle in making it moving around the ring and doing moves feel cramped

Amid a lot of hype a player's shilling for it. The game lacked content and the roster was meh. Hulk Hogan lost his mind. His removal wasn't result ethics. It was just a smart business decision. If he would have done anything considered socially immoral that garnered news. He would have been removed. The gameplay was heavily changed to reflect the improvement of in ring wrestling. As the in ring product became to focus on more technical, hybrid, and high spot wrestling. The great thing was that it made the every wrestler have different skills, abilities, and personality. And this affected how they played and acted in the ring.

Would be interested in a video on the Nintendo 3DS Version of WWE All-Stars since it was the only Wrestling Game Released for that console. Plus it was one of the last original THQ Games before their original bankruptcy. Lastly it has a weird glitch in story mode that crashes the game but can be worked around by turning the 3D Slider Effect Off just before the final cut scene starts.

I feel like what made 2K15 more controversial is omitting guys who was in 2K14 and not having them in 2K15 despite being with wwe at the time like 2K15 was missing Sin Cara,Zack Ryder,Heath Slater,Edge,Christian,Khali,And legends from 2K14 like Bret Hart,Eddie Guerrero,Rocky Steamboat like Idk why they didn’t just copy and paste the roster from 2K14 into 2K15 idk why does 2K does that I hope they stop doing that and also they took away custom music which was really stupid custom music made creating someone who wasn’t in the game despite being with wwe more unique so yeah 2K needs to bring back custom music no doubt

Showcase mode was the best thing about this game Mini story 2k15 I got the year it came out for ps4 bc the graphics looked amazing. Ngl I liked 2k15 when I was younger but looking back it isn’t that great (except showcase mode bc it still holds up) The creation suite was a major downgrade to the point where we couldn’t even create females (which is ridiculous) I rate 2k15 a 5/10 bc of showcase (universe mode was terrible though) coming after 2k14 this is a major disappointment Edit: The hall of pain showcase was really underrated (bc it was dlc)

​@@noahtalley4351 It's funny you say that because I initially had the game pre ordered from my local EB Games store for my newly purchased Xbox One at the time, but then after hearing all these features I loved from 2K14 were all cut from next gen versions of 2K15, I switched my pre order to the Xbox 360 version and thank goodness I did, because it's a rare case in which a last gen version was vastly superior over a new gen version of the same game. Let's say it was a wise move of me to hang onto my 360 for a couple more years after I purchased my first Xbox One back in 2014 😂

This game’s buildup and impact on wrestling video games truly is something. At a time when THQ just died, and many fans at the time felt the games were getting old and boring and thought 2K would revolutionize the series, oh boy, I wonder how they feel nowadays. To those who say they miss THQ and Yuke’s but also said those games were getting boring at the time, just no, don’t try to get sympathy when you wanted “change”. Just accept your hypocrisy😅. I personally never had a problem with THQ and when they died, I just knew it wasn’t gonna be good news. But that’s just me. If anyone enjoys 2K15, more power to you, and I hope y’all continue to have fun regardless of the countless criticisms to it.

Its really weird how the xbox 360/ps3 versions of 2k15,16, and 17 are literally just completely different to the xbox one/ps4. They have the traditional arcade gameplay with content that just straight up doesnt exist on xbox one and ps4. I can't think of any other game where the downgraded version is actually better.
