I have been enjoying your workout videos for several months. They have been absolutely transformational. Thank you so much for all you do. I didn't think I could appreciate you both more but this podcast is the bomb. Thank you for sharing the reality of fitness. You both are so down to earth and I wish you the best in everything. Thank you for all of your hard work and contribution to us as viewers.

The powerful “why” is very important in anything you do in life! And the why for me is the prevention of Type 2 diabetes. Unfortunately my family is plagued with this disease and my motivation is to maintain healthy habits.

I so enjoy listening to you alls podcast, your honesty and sincerity just shines through and this is exactly why I love your advisement and workouts! I especially loved the take on social media cautions, I have to share this with my 15 year old. Everything is not always what it appears to be. Thx for this J&T, I used this for my mental wellness for today ❤

Yesterday... $2.93 for non-organic head of cauliflower! I passed it up and bought more broccoli.

You have to try being vegan and really eating whole foods. You have been eating one way your entire life. It will take time to transition to a different lifestyle. As you see, there is vegan junk food. So it is not just vegan. It is a plant based lifestyle. Of course, you have to eat what agrees with your body. Also, there is protein in all of your vegetables and, of course, the other ways that you mentioned. If you research the meat that you are eating, even the "quality meat" it is disturbing. Research the seafood. There is only certain fish that is good for you. Wild caught salmon is the best salmon for you. Not sockeye salmon, either. There is a lot to research, but some fish are bottom feeders. Just wanted to pass some information on. I know even with the fruits and vegetables you have to try and get the best "quality " available. You wouldn't really know unless you grow it yourself. Realistically, most people will not or can not do that for several reasons.
