Our treatments at your clinic have resulted in so much success! My thumb joints are visibly smaller, almost fully functional and pain free! My knee feels so much better, is no longer swollen and is mostly pain free. I may still need surgery, but I have such a better qualify of life now. Patience, specific exercise, diet and realistic expectations for continued healing are all helping. Thanks to you and your entire staff for caring medical treatment

Your videos are enlightening, and reassuring within this medical field of umbilical cord derived MSCs and exosomes, Ihave been to clinics in Mexico and experienced the inflated cost and availability in that area, I've been to clinics in the US which over charge for treatments and are not as experienced as you. Your integrity and honest communication is an excellent bright light in this newly developing medical field. The first video I came across was the one that you made with the viability of the cultured cells, including the lab environment. I am encouraged by the videos explaining many of the different aspects such as viability, legal parameters, showing the production analysis and explaining many different aspects of application. Your clinic is serving as a reflection in excellence and as a medical practice should be. Thank you Dr. Travis Whitney and your kind staff.

Neil how has your overall experience been with your stem cell treatment?

I have been researching MSCs since 2018, obsessively researching for my own benefit to avoid the "pathway blocking" drugs that pharmaceuticals come up with to treat chronic GVHD, they are laden with destructive side effects. The process of a allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplant to treat blood cancer has been going on of 45 years, yet they still do not have a good beneficial grasp of what works the best for the patient. Chronic GVHD can kill the survivor of SCT. So far I think I have a good grasp of the treatment dimensions using MSCs and exosomes for this condition. The treatments that I had recently seem to be kicking in now, which is a relief to my mind. I am convinced and a believer that for the majority of people HucMSCs and exosomes are real, and can offer significant benefit to everyone that is treated. It is typical of human ego driven activity to try to suppress this science as a treatment; it threatens the feed bowl of many entities. @@rominaclamchowder8997

One question that seems to be lingering, is the dwell time in the body system after application of the HucMSCs. I have read, and continue to read scientific papers about the use characteristics of HucMSCs and exosomes. I recently read an article that provided clinic results that indicated the spot injected cells dwelled longer at the site (30 days), as compared to when applied via IV, which resulted in the cells embedding in the lung capillaries. So many aspects that are not well defined with regard to the viability after entering the body system with different application methods. Basically how long do the HucMSCs reside in the body ? Do these cells replicate while in the body ? If they replicate, do they migrate to every capillary in the body ? It is nice to see Innate's Healthcare Institute Senior Stem Cell Biologist at your side.

This is the grand problem nobody can answer and very limiting to systemic effects of MSCs. It's called Pulmonary First Passage. The MSCs are too big to get through. Some think they shed exosomes to give some positive effect, but IV administration of MSCs systemically doesn't seem to work yet?
@neilmcmanus3727

My lab results showed improvement in the metabolic indicators for the kidney and liver, and this was through IV MSCs, there are many instances of positive results from many different clinic patients testimony. I don't think it is all placebo effect. I think dose level (number of cells, I read a review report that indicated the sweet spot of 80 mil to 150 mil per application, and number of individual applications ie. spaced every 3 days) Of all the research I've done, and the different clinics I have talked with, and clinics that I have had treatments from, this fellow Dr. Travis Whitney seems the most transparent, honest, and with integrity. The clinics I have been treated by all sourced there medicinal signaling cells from an out of clinic supplier. The fact that Innate has everything in house is a very positive aspect. @@blakebaumgart8259

@blakebaumgart8259 has a point with the pulmonary engraftment. At first it was viewed as a 'problem' but then clinical improvement and research outcomes were still being seen and I believe that's one of the key factors that lead to looking into the paracrine secretions of IV cells. We've been administering vasodilators before cells, in adults, and seem to get good, consistent systemic results in most patients. And yes Neil is right about appropriate dosage making a difference.

@@neilmcmanus3727 Would you happen to have a link to the report that said 80 to 150 million per application?
@neilmcmanus3727

Vasodilators seems like a feasible preparation for the IV and MSCs to enhance perfusion. I have read a report on the length of time the MSCs persist, this was with mice, the IV maximum detectible in blood was 7 days, IM in the local area the MSCs were detectible up to 29 days. I also read a report that indicated one way to initially avoid the lungs was to administrate via an artery @@InnateHealthcareInstitute

Just finished watching this KZbin video presentation by Dr. Duncan Ross PhD (immunology & biochemistry) Kimera Labs in Miami Title: "Duncan Ross PhD: Advancements in Kimera Exosome Characterization", 2019,.42 minutes long. Within this video Dr. Ross describes the identifying characteristics of exosomes. At minute 26:27 the disadvantages of cells is described. At minute 29:06 he describes HucMSCs as having a limited time of functioning compared to exosomes. At minute 35:09 the profile of protein factors like TGFb1 and IL-6, amongst other factors within Kimera Labs exosome product. Does Innate Healthcare Institute use exosomes in treatments ? If yes, which company supplies the exosomes ?
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute Жыл бұрын
I like Dr Ross, have known him for years and we've used Kimera exosomes in the past. Currently we use exosomes from the cells we culture. I think we'd just have to agree to disagree on some things lol. Obviously there's going to be some bias as his entire business model revolves around exosomes. Personally I think live cells have a better advantage over exosomes alone. The inherited genius of the cells in the environment to CHOOSE what exosomes to make should be considered. We use both live cells and exosomes.

curious if someone come to your clinic for UC MSC injection. if you take a drop of it under a microscope, will it show live cells? will you be able to show it to your patients?

Yes, we do this pretty often. We actually have lots of photos of cells so we try not to waste any but do prepare samples for our patients often.

I just found you today. I just had my treatment 7 weeks ago in Mexico CPI. The ones Joe Rogan is so fond of. But all you say sounds very interesting. Would have definitely considered you. I thought you are not allowed to use high amounts of stem cells in the USA.
@traviswhitney8482
@traviswhitney8482 4 ай бұрын
We'd be happy to have you. Hope your visits to CPI are successful. We definitely here "Wish we would of found you guys first..." quite often. CPI and similar clinics spend a lot to get celebs to market for them, which is why they charge so much. Whatever dose is decided between the doctor and you is b/w you two. As long as their scope of practice allows it, and it's safe of course. Only think prohibiting high amounts of cells is if you're selling them as a commercialized product intended to treat a condition. Then you have to follow the F D A rules since they say the product is now a drug.

HOW MUCH DOES 1 BILLION STEM CELLS COST ? THE KIND THAT IS IN THE IV DRIP .
@traviswhitney8482
@traviswhitney8482 3 ай бұрын
This will vary between clinics. We steer clear from advertising our prices so certain entities don't have an excuse to give us any trouble. A quick phone call to Innate Healthcare Institute could get you an answer. p.s. We don't recommend IV drips due to how many cells get left in the bag and IV line.

so for an autoimmune disease that happens to be gastrointestinal (i'm thinking crohn's disease specifically), would you do an intraperitoneal or an iv or maybe both?
@InnateHealthcareInstitute

Good question. My professional opinion is IP for sure and maybe IV. Both couldn't hurt but I wouldn't skip the IP. But in addition have SIBO and stool test done to rule out infections.
