Loving all your videos. Expecially this one, since a friend newly affiliated with a stem cell clinic in WACA, Tx will not divulge how many stem cells are in their volume, but they sell by 5ml, or 10ml, etc. I have told him, there's no way I would accept that as a measurement. Their explanation is the FDA doesn't want them specifying the actual cell count. I find this very difficult to believe.

Are fetal stem cells the same as umbilical cord for imunomodulation?

While I don't condone the use of fetal derived stem cells, they should have similar immunomodulatory properties.

Question: How long do the uMSCs circulate in the bloodstream after IV application ? I've read 24 hours, one week to three weeks, what might the duration be ? what are some the related characteristics ? If I need to have a phlebotomy to manage the ferritin levels in my system/bloodstream due to a genetic condition described as hemochromatosis is why I ask this question. It seems to me that some subjective data tracking would well serve the clinics offering this type of treatment. Such as condition treated, amount and time line of MSCs, and tracked results, much like a relational database. With this data the subscribing member clinics could compare the experiences between clinics. Thus perhaps a baseline for treatment for different conditions could be observed.

So the back is around 300 million for the whole back? Also what kind of guided imaging do you use and will I be sedated
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute Жыл бұрын
Could be, depends on the patient and other variables. We use ultrasound and fluoroscopy when needed. We don't have full sedation but do use nitrous oxide gas for a mild sedation.

In knee treatment you mentioned a treatment of 100 million stem cells ..How many passages have the cells undergone in cultivation? It is confusing ,because some clinics do upto 6 passages and many the accepted norm of 3 passages.
@InnateHealthcareInstitute

3 passages. I have heard of clinics doing 6 or more but do not know why they do it that way.

@@InnateHealthcareInstitute Never heard of that term. What are "passages" referring to in stem cells?
@InnateHealthcareInstitute
@InnateHealthcareInstitute 7 ай бұрын
@@lcieslowski The passage number of a cell culture is a record of the number of times the culture has been subcultured, i.e. harvested and reseeded into multiple 'daughter' cell culture flasks.

An additional question, a close friend with very advanced rare SPS that is getting setup for a stem cell transplant, a clinical trial taking place. But i've also read that there is new research regarding a Non-ablative stem cell transplant. So is that just flooding the body with so many stem cells that the immune system resets itself? Is this one of the cases for 1-2 Billion stem cells? I also have an acquaintance in CA, that is doing something similar, but using exosomes, 440 billion x 4 days 1 day apart (therefore 1.760 trillion exosomes), then to be repeated in about 3 months. She said she is having some success with an SPS patient, and also with an ALS patient. Do you have any information regarding this mode of treatment? Looking forward to any feedback.

Thank you for your comments James. Sorry to hear about your friend with SPS. I think that sounds like an excellent idea. I'm not sure what makes it non-ablative. But administrating that many cells and/or exosomes properly should hopefully bring some results. We recently treated a severe and chronic case of tinnitus with 1.2 billion cells over 4 days and he's doing better then he has in a long time last I heard.

@@InnateHealthcareInstitute Thank you for your response. Interesting you mention tinnitus. I've had it since the year 2000. It followed 2 weeks long of severe blocked sinus headache 24/7. Kept me from sleeping, horrible pain. I was alternating tylenol 1gm with ibuprofen 600mg, which did not stop the pain. Finally, I took them at the same time, and it was miraculous. The pain stopped. So I took the combination once a day. At the end of the week, I started getting tinnitus. Either a) because of ototoxicity of the tylenol / ibuprofen combination or b) due to the persistent intracranial pressure on the brain. I'll never know. I had to have sinus surgery to resolve the problem (swollen nasal turbinates were blocking sinus drainage). I have also recently been diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy, for which my Neurologist has started me on IVIG. So, I wonder if I could resolve both of those issues with a hefty dose of stem cells. But of course, the cost is the usual prohibitive factor. I am semi-retired IVIG Home Infusion RN, ironically. So my income is primarily Social Security. Can you give me a price point for receiving the 1.2 billion stem cells? As well, re: my friend with his SPS, he is in Illinois, near the Missouri border. Do you have any affiliates there, near St Louis, where he could receive a stem cell infusion? He is also cash limited, having been on disability for the last few years due to his SPS / Rheumo autoimmune disease making it impossible for him to work. Are there any financial assistance programs? Thank you for any information. P.S. if you need any Infusion nurses there, I would be happy to join youi. Best regards, James Bentz BSN

@@InnateHealthcareInstitute I live near Detroit Michigan. Been thinking about and watching videos on stem cells for over a year now. Very intrigued. Specifically in both knees. Old age I'm thinking (I'm 67). Currently am only taking CBD oil 2-3 times per day and this significantly helps (no one would know I have knee pain). Based on my weight (190 lbs.) I think I would need about 200-300 Million stem cells. Would that be a total for both knees or 200-300 per knee? And would this be administered 1 time or over several days or weeks? Finally, what would be the approximate cost for all this?
@InnateHealthcareInstitute

@@lcieslowski Yeah those birthdays will get ya haha. Smartest thing to do is contact the clinic and ask. We can't "advertise" prices (eye roll). Based on severity, I think your 200-300 million for both knees is accurate. Multiple administrations have proven to be more effective then a single one.

Hello, I have fibromialgia. Is it possible to treat? I found some clincs in Columbia and asked them a price. So they said it's gonna be 300M cells and 10 000$. Is it possible to treat this condition in your Institute and what about price

You should first know that no federal law does or ever did ban stem cell research or use in the United States. Many people ask if the treatments we provide are approved by the FDA or some other agency. First, it is important to understand that the FDA has absolutely no jurisdiction over physicians and clinics. This includes how to practice, treat, or use drugs, devices, or biologics. This activity is governed by state law and is largely left to the independent medical judgment of the practitioner. The FDA actually admits openly that it does not “regulate a physician's or nurse's practice [and] does not tell providers what to do when running their business or what they can or cannot tell their patients.” The FDA does have some authority over the stem cell industry and regulates it in three ways. First, it regulates stem cell production by laboratories or other manufacturers. These must comply with a rigorous set of safety protocols and manufacturing practices. Second, it regulates claims that manufacturers and physicians make about the use of stem cells, including treatments, cures, efficacy, etc. For example, the federal government does not want medical practices advertising to the public that stem cells are a guaranteed cure for any particular condition. The third way the FDA regulates the use of stem cells is by classifying them as drugs. If stem cells are taken from a human subject and manipulated or altered in a particular way, the FDA considers this new stem cell creation to be a drug. When this happens, the FDA has authority to regulate these substances, as well as the medical practices using them in procedures. However, Innate Healthcare Institute does not alter stem cells in this way. It is not creating new “drugs,” but is simply taking stem cells from a donated umbilical cord, which would otherwise be considered a waste product and disposed, and preparing them in a way that is absolutely compliant with pertinent laws and regulations and using them according to its experience, expertise, and independent medical judgment. Federal case law has positively established that the FDA has no jurisdiction when stem cells are not manipulated or altered. The Institute also does not make any public claims or advertise that its stem cell treatments will cure a particular condition. It looks at treatments on a case-by-case basis and determines if a stem cell protocol may be effective for a particular patient. State Law Arizona permits naturopathic physicians to diagnose and treat disease with a wide range of procedures and natural medicines. This includes administering stem cells for therapeutic use. Innate Healthcare Institute uses stem cells manufactured in its own lab as well as in a nationally-recognized academic facility and not manipulated in any meaningful way before use on a patient. Beyond this, almost no state regulation of stem cells exists. The only real way the state regulates stem cell use is through the Board of Medicine to ensure they are used according to the proper standard of care, as with any other procedure. Effectiveness Innate Healthcare Institute has clinical proof of beneficial patient outcomes from its stem cell protocols. This includes those with different types of conditions and needs. The Institute can supply written testimonials from these patients. It has been engaged for some time in extensive primary and secondary research to know how best to use stem cells and achieve the greatest possible outcomes. It is committed to continuing its practice based on the highest levels of knowledge, professionalism, and standard of care. The Institute is also fully committed to staying compliant with all laws, regulations, and guidelines that govern the use of stem cells. It has retained a national law firm that specializes in healthcare and FDA law to guide it through the legal processes and provide the most up-to-date counsel. In this way, you can be sure that Innate Healthcare Institute will always serve its patients within all legal and medical parameters.
