Such a beautiful and important speech. Bless you for continuing to be an observant and dedicated Jew when so many others, who don't face what you do simply by virtue of genes, find it hard to stay committed to Judaism.

Some of the white Jews seem to be a little uncomfortable.... we all need to get uncomfortable ..., we need to dig deep ans get to the root of the issues

1. Jews fighting for civil rights, some dying 2. liberal "tikun olam" replaced with generic social justice tropes. 3. continuation of fighting for black causes even after louis farikans trope 4. the crown hights riots. 5. BLM's endorsement of the BDS movement. 6. More "tikun olam" Self-sacrifice much? I don't think racism towards black Jews is a jewish thing per say, it is a racist thing. I agree with you that racism within the Jewish community is a destructive force, something we cannot afford. It must be fought. Yet, imposing white guilt onto the Jewish community is not gonna help either, and it has the same destructive and divisive force as rejection of animosity towards darker jews.

Hello :) I have some questions - maybe someone can enlighten me? Traditionaly many Jewish ppl or judaism believers want to counsel other ppl something like - "your nationality and your ethnicity is not important realy, forget the ethnocentrism and get some multiculturalism" or smt along this lines. But they cavil to their own nationality throughout the ages. They also usualy are suspecting of being rasists bc they persecute the black african ppl who live by judaism religion and those orthodox judaism believers who are living in Israel but dont think that Israel as it is now is their promised land by the rules of the Bible. Both of these groups are not treated well by the authorities of Israel. But Jews usualy are against rasism of other ppls and they use to say to others that rasism is very bad ideology (I agree). But - again - they themselves want to be discriminate as 3 or 4 or more sub-groups (Misrahi, Ashkenazi, Sephardi etc) in what is supposed to be one nation. So what am I to do with these contradictions? I m sorry for my poor English language I m trying to be understandable :)

Why is it okay to make a Jewish caricature like the one at the beginning? Thats what the nazis did. I would happily stand by your side knowing that you are a Jew according to Halacha, even though you may not come across as the "average" jew in others eyes. That doesn't mean its okay to make belittling cartoons of ashkenazi jews, and belittle through stereotypes, its still your community you are talking about. Its not okay to attack your own community with stereotyping cartoons.
