Perfect villa in the wrong location. The views from most rooms are less than you expect from a house at this price point. Very hard to sell in my opinion. A beautiful home anyway.

The house It´s in the middle of the Golden Mile, only about 100 meters from the beach and you don´t need a car to move around because you have everything around you. This is what you paid for. And not all the people wants to live in the top of the hills.
