Tip: the TSA and most airport securities do not care how many containers you place inside your quart sized bag as long as they are 3.4oz containers' so even if you have a small baggie you can just fit everything you need in it... ✌️

⚠️keep in mind⚠️ if you have tsa pre ✔️ then you do not need to fit your liquids in a quart sized bag. however, they still must be 3.4 fl oz (100ml) or less. this is also only if you are traveling from the us or traveling from some places in canada. example: you’re flying from miami to são paulo, on the way there you do not need to put your liquids in a quart sized bag IF YOU HAVE TSA PRECHECK. however, on the way back from são paulo to miami, regardless of tsa pre check or not, you still must put all of your liquids in a quart sized bag, take your shoes off, belt, take large electronics out of your bag (anything bigger than a cellphone), etc. i one time was traveling back from vancouver canada and tsa pre check was valid there. just make sure you check before you go. i recommend bringing a quart sized bag and making sure all of your liquids will fit inside of it just in case :)

As of March 25, 2024, the TSA website says that the 3-1-1 liquids rule applies to all passengers traveling through airports within the U.S. This is true for those with TSA PreCheck as well as those without it. Those with TSA PreCheck don’t usually need to remove their liquids bag from their carry-on luggage. It’s also a good guide for many other countries. The rules do vary so it’s important to take a look before you fly just to prevent any potential problems or delays. I’m glad you haven’t had any issues with your luggage! 😁✈️

Hi! 100g is right on the line (around 3.5 oz), but should be fine as long as the container is that size. Your liquid foundation is well under the amount you’re allowed in your carry-on luggage so you should breeze right through!

It depends. I recommend that you pack the resealable bag and place it where you can easily remove it if you need to take it out. If you have TSA PreCheck, you will leave it in your cabin bag. If you don’t, you usually remove it. Sometimes a TSA officer will ask you to remove it because they want to be able to see all of the liquid containers in the scanner. This is why I recommend being able to easily access this bag. You don’t want to be struggling to find it when there are a lot of people behind you. Safe travels!🤩✈️

You can put liquid and aerosol medicines into your carry on or personal bag and you don’t need to put them into a quart-size liquids bag (if you’re traveling in the U.S.). You want to make sure you tell the TSA officer that you have these medications with you before you begin your security screening. I recommend keeping these in their original containers that show the prescription. If the prescription label is no longer visible, I recommend a doctor’s note or proof of prescription. It can be a paper document or something you have on your phone. And you can contact TSA via the tsa.gov website if you have additional questions about traveling with your full-sized liquid and aerosol medications. Safe travels🤩✈️

I travel with small glass serum bottles all the time on the plane. If I have a larger glass bottle and it’s empty, I travel with it sometimes as well. If you have vitamin C serum and it’s 3.4 oz or smaller and fits into your quart-sized bag that you have all of your other liquids in, you will be allowed to bring it onto the plane in your carry-on luggage. If you’re departing from the US on KLM, you can put your dry makeup like eyeshadow pallets and face powders directly into your backpack or carry-on suitcase. If you have any liquids such as lotions, creams, aerosols, or gels, you need to put those into a transparent quart-sized bag that can be resealed. The containers must be 3.4 oz or smaller and all of the liquids (makeup or otherwise) must fit into that bag. You can have one quart-size bag per passenger on the flight. @@ophelia9604 If the bag is clear, can be closed with a seal or zipper, and doesn't much bigger than a 1-liter Ziploc bag , it should be fine. You'll only encounter problems if your makeup bag looks way too big or if you run into a very strict TSA officer. If you’re worried, keep the makeup bag you have for your solid makeup and get a Ziploc bag that’s quart-sized to put your liquids in. It will say so on the box when you buy them at the grocery store. If you bring it with you on the plane, the liquids must be in containers that are 3.4 oz or smaller and all of the liquids need to fit into one quart-size bag. If you have checked luggage you can put larger liquid items in there and they don’t need to fit into one bag. 🤩✈️

If you have solid foundation, face powder, or other makeup items, you can bring those in your carry-on luggage and you don’t need to put them in a special bag or container. You only have to put liquids that you bring onto the plane in one quart-size bag and all of those liquids must be in containers that are 3.4 oz or smaller.

You should bring your own clear plastic bag that’s quart-sized with you. Sometimes TSA provides bags, but not at every airport. You can buy quart-sized Ziploc bags or get “TSA” travel bags at Walmart, Target, or Amazon. TSA doesn’t have official bags so as long as the bag is clear and not big you should be fine.😁✈️

You can find them in Sephora, Walmart, Target, or department stores. They’re usually in the makeup bag section or personal care/beauty section. You want to get the ones that say they are “TSA-Approved”. TSA doesn’t actually approve any specific quart-sized bag, but the ones that have that label work well when you go through airport security. They also tend to have a little more room than a Ziploc bag.🤩✈️
