Just want to say I appreciate the unfiltered reality! I feel like social media doesn’t show a lot of real mom life moments and even something small like messy hair in the morning makes me feel like I can relate more :)

Just came here to say I love watching your videos! I look forward to them every week! I'm a first time mom to a beautiful 8 month old boy and conscious of our family meals... that being said, your videos are so relatable yet not at all at the same time 😄 much love from Vancouver Island, BC!💜 Oh and I'm down for smooth or crunchy🤤

My baby is 8 months now. I have been trying a combo of BLW and spoon feeding. As I am scared she doesn’t chew her food. She simply swallows big sizes food. How did u teach sage to chew?

It’s late but better late than never. Read the Nourishing Tradition or western A Price book. Animal food is so important for their development…especially the fat & protein. I feed my mine all grass-fed animal products & he’s so healthy!

Sage is so cute! Usually around 10 months babies will show an interest in utensils and want to try feeding themselves. You could start off with just a spoon and then introduce a fork in a couple months 💚

Hi Does she have teeth yet? Is she still able to eat toast without them ? How long do you keep her in play gym in a day
@HealthNutNutrition2 жыл бұрын
She has front teeth but baby’s use their gums which are quite hard to chew since you chew with molars and those usually don’t come in till after 1 years old. She’ll stay in the play gym for maybe 20 minutes

I think it has something to do with not digesting it properly. That or something to do with their skin barrier
