@@prodigyparker3513 nah. Thor lost WAY more. He literally lost EVERYTHING he cared about or had. Jane, his dad, his mom, his only brother, the whole of Asgard. And when he failed to kill Thanos bcos of his own mistake, that was it. He was the only one who came close to killing Thanos, but failing to do so killed him. He lost of half of the world and even more of his friends. Even after Endgame, it's hard to say Thor will ever be the same again. Wanda's sacrifices don't come close to Thor's. Their pain is different. Don't bring her up when we're talking about the stronger Avenger here

Rocket really has one of the most underrated sad backstories out of all of them, way worse then Wanda, Thor, Peter Quill, and Peter Parker, He literally was tortured, torn apart, tested on, injected with metal, while also watching his friends be tested on and tortured, then when he escaped he had to leave his girlfriend, then he met Groot and the Guardians, and Groot died. Then a few years later he lost his entire family all at once.

I watch movies and read books and they often have the hero talking about how their resolve or will is stronger than the villains and that is what wins out in the end. It is not often I see or read how it is ones own grief or sorrow that pushes them to win out over their opponent. Not emphasized at least. Ones own suffering can be an astounding driving force that brings one victorious over another. I suppose that may be what makes so many "villains" become the big bads that are portrayed but that is also what drives the inevitable "hero" to fight as well, right? Grief and or suffering is sometimes that push we need to move forward and become something more, something more than what we were. I don't want to leave any misunderstanding that some kind of tragedy isn't what initially creates a villain or hero but, by the end it is not what is emphasized to be what lead them to be victorious over their foe. It's always their friendship and love for eachother that won out. Just a drunk thought I had and would be more than interested to hear what you may be thinking with regards to this thought of mine.

I have gotten better at managing it and focusing but it is a never ending task. Drinking is an outlet, albeit unhealthy I admit, that helps me quiet most thoughts and become more focused on certain things. I don't think of myself as smart in any state of mind but instead fundamentally flawed. I embrace that though because what are we as humans if not without our flaws.
