Quick correction. The float switch that i show in this video is for the switch for the water pump that supplies the house, not supplying the cistern. Thanks for pointing that out Omeng Tubero (from facebook).

Also, tipid tips, meron ding mga float valves similar to the ones na nagkakarga ng water sa mga toilet, that you can use para sa mga tanks if youre getting their supply from your main water line directly 😊

That's a great reminder for everyone. Since water is the subject, have you looked into getting a "drinking water generator" ? It is a portable machine (different sizes available) that produces clean drinking water OUT OF THIN AIR.

Im not a fan of underground water cisterns. Cracks may happen due to earthquakes or even sloppy construction. Slaters aesthetic concern could be addressed by creating a half basement. Then place several tanks. The tanks are above ground. Can be easily maintained. If a tank has a crack, it can be readily replaced. Leaks/cracks can be easily detected as opposed to one that is completely underground.
@RaselaRamos-Lerios4 ай бұрын
Same thoughts here. It sounded like cisterns are for households who have no issue with budget.😅 so Im switching back to water tank. Sorry na to those who won’t find it pretty. 😅

Conservative estimate. you will spend initial 50k for a 1k liters of water using stainless tanks that might be in good use for many years. if kulang ang tank mo for consumption just add another tank for storage. 1k liters tank is 20k .

What is the size of your cistern tank, some houses in Batangas the you can actually go inside to clean but they collect rain water and so far no treatment is done, they usually it except for drinking, and there is one I know in Laguna that uses stainless tank to directly collect rain water, I like the idea that you have a filter for drinking water

@oturanuzumaki23664 ай бұрын
hindi po kasi safe ang rainwater kaya delikado kung pagsasamahin silang dalawa, maaring macontaminate ang cistern tank.
@exelixium4 ай бұрын
@@oturanuzumaki2366 Ang cistern water ay hindi din safe kaya tine-test niya ito regularly at nilalagyan ng chlorine para matanggal ang mga pathogen. Besides, there should be a filter that the cistern water goes through before it is used, either for bathing or dishwashing; and a more extensive filter for drinking.

Usually, there may be a build up of gunk or even bacteria in the shower piping. Experienced the same on both older shower handles and bidets... a quick replacement did the trick. You can also try and clean them but can be difficult depending on your setup. Note, it is also possible the main source of the issue is upstream like dirty main home piping.
@samuelcadigal83734 ай бұрын
@@RaiOkami you think i only need to replace the telephone shower because the whole shower have faucet and the main shower but only the telephone have smell
@RaiOkami4 ай бұрын
@@samuelcadigal8373 if the smell is bad in the first few seconds to a minute, then it is a good chance it is only the tele shower. You can give it a try at least if you can swap it out to diagnose, test, and confirm this first. If it is still the same, then it might be a different part of the piping.
