Great vulnerable video! I used to think that if I couldn’t get in a full 45 minute workout then it wasn’t worth it but ive learned that even if I can just get in 10 to 15 minutes that’s good and it’s better than nothing! I love that you’re coming from a place of positivity! I’m 10 months postpartum and still 10 pounds over my pregnancy weight but slowly working towards a body that feels more like mine ❤️

You look great it’s really hard to get back in the weight loss journey and pre baby body with a baby and toddler I still have a long way to go but this is inspiring me to try to get back in the groove of things Congrats!
