Hi! I would try either Parsley, Mint, or Basil. Actually, I'm going to work on that and try some of these myself. I have had Mint and Basil with Watermelon in the past; both are very good! I would love to know how your salad turns out if you try the recipe with a different herb. Thank you so much for being here!❤

Probably cause only certain kids will eat it. I don’t know many kids who eat feta and onions with watermelon
