It's interesting that not having a heavy digital footprint can be seen as a red flag to some. It is possible that someone can be proud of stuff and live life without sharing online solely because that act isn't important to them, but sharing it probably in a group chat with family and/friends is. Being on social media isn't "everything" to everyone.

The only reason I've ponder getting IG back after 6 yrs is due to creating a business. but if it wasn't for that.. Ill be social media " less" and my bf/ future spouse go have to just roll with it

I think that’s one of the things I really admired about Chadwick Boseman. The guy opened up to us but there were things he kept to himself because he valued a level of privacy. Me personally, I don’t think it’s a red flag if someone doesn’t post every single thing they’re proud of. I actually like the idea of knowing part of someone that the whole world doesn’t get to know/see

As a woman, I agree that what you post/like/comment on social media says a lot about you! Ive seen guys re-tweeting rape jokes, disrespectful jokes about women or black women and think they can have a chance with me 🙅🏾‍♀️ 🚩🚩🚩

Jalon, you had valid points about a woman’s social media content. However, sometimes people aren’t as open. Yes, most of us are on social media for 25% of our day, but some are more private than others. I don’t think social media is the only or big factor in determining a woman’s life.

Not at all. You can’t even tell whether someone is an extrovert or introvert just based on their page. Because the perception is totally created by the outsider. It’s why I prefer dating in person. You’re more likely to know what type of person someone is based on that first impression then you will from their page/feed.

Jalon, I’m usually with you but you lost me with the posting kids thing. There are a shit ton of predators out there and if ppl don’t feel comfortable posting their kids that’s their right. SOLELY basing this off of social media is very shallow, if a person doesn’t post their kids but they tell you in real life they have a kid there shouldn’t be an issue. Also, it makes complete sense as to why a person would post their kids on their story and not on their page, like you said it deletes. That way no one can use or steal your kids piks etc etc unless they take a screenshot and with that you’re notified of who did it. Also, some ppl are just private. I do not post a lot of my life on social media because i don’t want to and don’t feel the need to. So basing whether or not you’re going to talk to someone on how much of their life they share and how that may imply they’re not proud of something or someone is lowkey juvenile. And this isn’t hate or anything, i love the podcast but the comments about ppl not posting certain things and not understanding that there are ppl in this world who are private….issa no for me dawg.

Due to the fact that you gentlemen are what I call King Beast. That's what I grew up around. The women that are in your life are Queen Beast. With that being said your relationship is different from a normal relationship. There is more open in communication, she actually sees you and you see her, You learn or know how to have adult conversations with each other without offending also respecting each other. The foundation you guys you as a couple are building is on trust. Reason I say this is I'm the only female on my biological mother side of the family. When you 5 Uncles, 165 male 1st cousins. As a girl growing your taught by mean what is acceptable and what is not. Now that I'm an adult Queen Beast it's extremely hard because of how I was raised and what I was taught. My oldest brother told it's going to be hard for you cause we were hard on you. I have been told my men I liked you but a man just can not step to you on some bullish cause of how I carrying myself. I just say to it all. It's going to take a different type of King Beast to step to me to keep my attention. You kings plz keep going with the positivity to spread your knowledge. The audio quality is a lot better. It sounds like the audio is compressed which is good to level out the sounds. I don’t think the reverb needs to be there at all unless that’s coming from the room. I think if would sound good being dry. Dope podcast!

In terms of close friends it can be used for sneaky purposes but honestly not always. Personally I rant on my close friends about day to day inconveniences or I may post myself having fun. Working in healthcare there’s a lot of things you shouldn’t show yourself doing online (drinking,smoking, certain memes or discussing certain topics) so it’s really contingent on the person and their intentions. Also I may post my lil boo in there.. can’t have everybody in your business.. but there’s no men in my CF literally 10-15 females I trust.

Even in marriage you may not know your partner's mind 100%, let alone be in the same industry and completely understand her business needs.
