For me being pregnant with our first child this is great! I love that your kids seem like they enjoy everything you make them & actually finish it! I agree even for my husband when I pack his lunch I pack him juice almost once a week or twice even though it’s Powerade it’s still full of sugar so putting fruit in water letting it sit is a great idea! Or if not make fresh aqua frescas just don’t put sugar in it since the fruit already has natural sugar in it serve it cold I’m sure they’ll love it!

Looks yummy. Just want to point out that is not a quesadilla but a sincronizada because it has 2 tortillas instead of 1. Also quesadillas aren't only made out of cheese. There are many ingredients you may use.
