I remember my grandma who loved going to food detours whenever she got me from school when I was young. It was always “what do you want?” instead of “I want this let’s buy it”. These are the things I didn’t take too much attention and just realized when she passed away. Please send your grandma my love, it’s like sending my love to my grandma in heaven. After living in Hawaii musubi became one of my favorite things and I had to learn how to make them! She has the exact same mold that I have! But instead of barbecue sauce I use soy sauce with a little bit of sugar cooked down. So glad to see this recipe!
