ya'll people should not be afraid of salt, oil, carbs etc. like we need all these things in balance and there's nothing wrong with plant based sources especially! and even if you eat animal products, everything in moderation! Naz feeds her son wonderfully x

Completely agree! She is doing an amazing job. But, just keep in mind salt is not needed and not good for anyone under 20 really. At their age they actually can’t process (internally their organs) it like adults can, so just something to keep in mind to omit whenever you can when cooking for kids.
