Thanks for sharing this very beautiful and personal story of nature and recovery. It touched me and made me realize how easily we take our health for granted. I can only guess where you live, but that life must be amazing - seeing whales and penguins and seals. It's great!

I love penguins, yes. Cute little critters. I also see orcas often. Whales only between June and November.

How wonderful of you to share your story. It's made me realise that my health conditions aren't as bad as I thought they were. Passing out, constant nose bleeds. I could make a long list, obviously I won't. Yes, I would love to see more of your penguins, seals or any more mammals or animals even the birds. I have always been able to breathe easier in the great outdoors. Nature is a wonderful healer. I totally agree with you about it bringing back clarity on a spiritual level. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're struggling with health issues, David. It's great that you spend a lot of time outdoors. It really is the best and always makes me feel better. If nature could get me to walk again, think what other magical miracles it can perform.

When I’m feeling down, I drive to a 120-year-old tree near my home and sit quietly beneath it, reflecting on everything the tree must have witnessed. Its massive limbs stretch outward, twisting and turning in what feels like a masterpiece of natural design. There’s a unique peace that surrounds it-so alive and grounding-that it always smooths out the low points whenever I sit near it.
