I would suggest salad greens in the tunnel and winter items such as broccoli, cabbage, etc...

Congratulations 🥳 on 500 subs keep up the great work. I’m sowing very little as I’m making a few changes to the garden and our winter last year got as low as minus 14c so I don’t bother. Last year I tried fleecing things in the poly and I attracted a rat who thought he was in heaven with food and blankies 🤦‍♀️. Looking amazing Chris hope it all goes well, Ali 🥶🌞🇨🇦
