What I would like to know is we all have sins that we come to Noahidism with. If we are repentant are we forgiven or precluded from becoming Noahide. I have not seen anything answering repentance and forgiveness on anything having to do with Noahidism.

If you are truthfully repentant in your words to G-d, i.e. name your past 'sins' & sincerely tell G-d how very sorry you are, ask for His forgiveness - then you are forgiven. Then you must try very hard not to repeat any sins. You need to follow the 7 Noahide Laws for all mankind. Killed in a Kosher way (ofc w/out reciting the blessing) would be like a bonus of killing an animal humanly, right?? (& ofc kosher way means the animal in itself is kosher 2, cs unkosher animal are hard if not impossible to kill, i know of this from a video of rb Yoseph Mizrahi on truths of Torah - a movie))

We ensure our meat is killed in a very humane way on our farm & that is what is important for us as a Noahide family.

How do we avoid/ fight against tyranny while still being righteous? The midwives in Egypt (I personally go with the interpretation that they were Egyptian midwives) disobeyed the Pharoh, and God rewarded them. Exodus 1:1-21. Or I know of a family who took in a runaway Arab girl who was being abused by her husband and gave her shelter. It was technically kidnapping according to the country's law. But I think, though complicated, it was the right thing to do. So I think my question is: how do we go about not following stupid rules, not only when it defies God's laws, to do the right thing, and how do we remain righteous while doing so? Thank you for your comments & questions Mika. Here is a 2-part answer to your question: Part 1: We are "obligated" to follow the "rules" of the country we live in - provided they do not impinge upon our 7 commandments from HaShem. Part 2: Giving help, refuge & or care to another human being is a pious & righteous thing to do in the "eyes" of HaShem... AND all else remains somewhat "academic" to others.
