I remember years ago, a Lady used to run a cleaning business in 2 states, she was in California, and another location in New York with the help of her secretary. I found vinyl disposable gloves destroy your hands because they dont breath. I wear gardeners gloves that I wash .... works a treat AND doesnt create a load of waste and expense on buying disposable gloves.

Great video! To me, profit is more important then revenue. If you have a million dollar revenue a year but your profit is 10 percent the work may not be worth it ; )

However if you want to build the business and build profit ....you might need to take on a manager for example so your profits go down for a while to account for the new staff member but it leads to growth and more profits in the long run and then rinse and repeat. ❤
