The ideal face in Korea is Irene’s, Yoona’s and Jisoo’s face as their faces fits all the standards and they have no imperfections on their face.

I’m actually a BLINK but Wonyoung has been catching my eye lately. I thought because of her popularity & how Starship has been trying to make her standout she was an arrogant person but when I dived (no pun intended) deeper she’s actually a really sweet & very hardworking individual. If rumors are true of her background then that’s even more impressive because she decided to make a name for herself & not rely on her family’s money. I can only imagine the amount of pressure & scrutiny she has to deal with at such a young age. She is the current ideal beauty in South Korea from her looks to her body/height but she carries herself so gracefully. All I see is a young mature woman that works hard with any given tasks. We don't know what's going on behind the scenes, maybe it was her manager who asked her to redo the scene so that she could do it in a cute way. I don’t personally vibe with wonyoung but I think that a part of the hate is because she’s young,pretty and rich. On top of the she’s been on the industry while being young so she does what people expect from her. I can’t really say anything about her attitude but people probably just don’t like her so it doesn’t even matter anymore. Most people don’t really pay attention so when they hear someone is like that, they automatically think about the rumors when thinking of a person. I remember not liking blackpink because of their rumors. But when I thought about it, I realize I never gave them a chance. I know this is extreme, and I hope I don't upset people by saying this at all, but I sincerely hope that this doesn't grow to a situation similar to that of the sale Choi Sulli. I don't want to see similarities, but it's so much the same: Bullied for her beauty, people constantly going on about her weight, accusations of not caring about the group/putting in enough effort on stage, being told she has a bad/wrong personality. She's so young as well, I can't imagine that kind of pressure on someone so early and so constant. Again, I hope I've not offended any fans by bringing this up, but it's something I've been thinking more and more about and I just don't want her to go through that much strife. Because Sulli was very popular like Wonyoung as well, but the tides turned on her so quickly and brutally for the most ridiculous things.

I've learned not to judge idol's personality based on their attitude on screen. For years, idols have been subjected to unwanted attention from other people including celebrities, staff and fans, from love to jealousy; many idols said that they're uncomfortable with those attention. Also, as an idol, they're told to not interact with opposite gender to avoid any unnecessary scandals. There could be untold story that might explain the seemingly "rude" behavior etc.
