I hope Counties and Courts across the country do more to prevent this horrible fraud that can impact anyone owning property - not to mention so-called Squatter’s Rights.

@ the 23:00 mark of this video. What have I always say "Notaries Are The Most Important But The Least Powerful " The power lies with the lender because of the money but we are the ones that have final say so if they are clear to release that money.

It seems to me that additional verification steps are needed at the Recorder’s Office before deed recording happens, even if new laws are needed for that. It should also be illegal to buy notary stamps just anywhere. There should be more legitimate oversight for that. This seems to be such an easy crime for criminals to commit because there are not enough roadblocks to stop them. It’s like a free-for-all for them. It’s quite ridiculous that someone’s home or land can be stolen so easily.
