Hey Ken, hope ya good ! I'm a 59 yr old carpenter from the UK and let me tell you this; 90% of people that live in the UK are ignorant at best and actually quite childish. The other 10% is split into everything else, like anarchists, communists, fascists etc etc. Maybe 00000.1% at a push, understand the reality they are swimming in. For instance, we had three prime ministers, one after the other, that were voted in by their own party, NOT the people . . . And nothing was said ! Kier Starmer was asked on live national tv whether his loyalties lay with Westminster of Davos, and he said "Davos, because they get things done". This was a couple of weeks before the election and no-one batted an eyelid. So now we have an overtly treasonous prime minister who is a globalist, and who turned on his own people within months of his term beginning. And yet, in the UK, life goes on as normal !

In the UK we have the Climate and Nature bill coming up for its second reading soon. We have days of no Sun and no wind. Last week the Danes brought one of their generators back on stream early to save us from having a power cut. As lots of housing doesn't have a chimney and only one fuel, a power cut will be deadly.

As a Brit', I feel I must respond to you 'jolly olde Britain's comment. The videos of people 'swipping' goods/jewellery without any regard, is nearly always in London. London's gangs have been allowed to grow with confidence due to our police force's reduced numbers, with those of experience leaving. Knife crime / carrying has exploded. And the Mayor of London seems unwilling or incapable to do anything about it. Jewellery theft is usually by moped gangs - knife, machete and hammer wielding gang members on mopeds. Two thieve, two force off those who would stop them. Police are late to the party. Brits don't carry guns - so usual methods of trying to prevent them is fire extinguishers, or throwing pallets at them. But helmet clad hammer/machete wielding thiefs are somewhat hard to stop. So common has it become in London, people have slowly given up trying. Indeed shoplifters are rarely stopped, as the Police will no longer come out for anything below £250 in value taken. That's London. London has fallen. The rest of the country fights on - usually against mass imigatration filling up our hotels, or former military bases.

Cheddar and Glastonbury are my favourite places in May/June. I also love some of the coastal places in Cornwall and Wales. Some of the towns are kind of like someone put a vice on your head and made ringing in your ears and dust in your eyes. The people could be kinder and more friendly but they mostly act like mortal enemies 😮

Cable guys aren’t licensed really. So they are not allowed to fish wires through walls clean. Only run outside house and through the exterior wall to it destination, or through basement draped or tacked and holes through your floor. You need an actual electrician if you want it done “right” or do it yourself which isn’t hard

I’ll give you an example I drive a 2 Wheel older Tacoma so last Friday. It started snowing really bad so my Manager said we could leave a little early, but we don’t get paid I do maintenance orders for apartment communities and residential houses and I know from previous experience it starts to snow and stick. I’m finished with my pick up. So when It started to get bad told her I was leaving and she said OK one minute later she said I have a bunch of work orders I need to go and do so I clocked out and told her I could not do them at this moment I will do them when I get back the next day or I’m sleeping in my truck so I get to work on Monday and she starts to go off on me immediately telling me that she never told me that I could leave and I should have done all those work orders. I told her you said I could leave she got extremely disrespectful to me and so I said you didn’t care if I slid off the road and killed myself She shrugged her shoulders at me she didn’t give a damn what would’ve happened and needless to say I’ve never had a problem with her before this … I walked out of the office and she started screaming at me not to walk away from her so I started walking towards my truck …..she was following me yelling the whole time so then needless to say, I don’t work work there no more but this craziness I have seen multiple times especially since 2020 I work with the public so I’m in a position to know ……crazy

I loved to travel to Britain I have gone several times over the years, first time it was decades ago, then in recent years 2014/2016/2017 - I loved it... London has the best tube ever / it is so easy to travel around underground. 2022 years ago I was invited to visit to the upper part of England...(otherwise I could not have afforded it either) But I am glad I never moved there, even though every time I went there it felt like "home" - that feeling you get...
