I believe when a lot of these buildings in camposol were built the builder went bust so they have no deeds, so they were illegally built if this is so theres nothing stopping them from tearing them down at sometime.

Well i live in a classico and let mr tell you it does not fall to bits when it rains ,i would have a guess these people who say this how many live in a classico ,full of tosh. Unless your a classico owner and not maintaining the villa !!

@@CostaCalidaExpats thanks for reading. KM’s is short for kilometres, or is it miles in Spain? Are they close to super markets? Are they in demand? Is it a good area? As I said, these joints (houses, dwellings) seem very cheap on Australian standards. Cannot buy a carport in Australia for this price. Hope to hear from you again.

@Brujon Patrick 8 km from beaches ⛱️ 😎 and I hVe done a video on Camposol B show the shops.you have no community fees here you get a lot for your money and there's 4500 villas on this urbanisation .you don't need to leave the urbanisation for anything unless it's the beaches 8 km to several. Massa built the urbanisation look on Google. Community came together and now we have all sort of services due to the community here we, have only first responder in Spanish urbanisation we have gardening groups, respite care mats, forget me knot, I think it's the most friendly place to live but I may be bias lol

Any big name Supermarket, any good hardware shop, what percentage is permanent living, can a person survive without Spanish, just seen Comsum, but I think a Car would be essential if living in Camposol 😊

@@PhilHiggins-jn9bl Nobody speaks Spanish on Camposol. If you live near the area shown in the video then you could easily get by without a car. However, the villas do stretch back a few miles over the hills so if you're in one of those you would definitely need one. Consum is a good supermarket just like Tesco in the UK, the Chinese shops sell hardware etc. but it's Chinese so quality isn't the best. For big name brands then you need to travel 25-30 mins to either Lorca or Murcia.

45 minutes from Camposol to Cartagena and 40 mins to Murcia City. Hope this helps sorry for the delay in response
