I wish you were near me and could have helped me. I am a 56 year old disabled woman who was born with an upper limb disability, and my scoliosis developed out of that deficiency. The scoliosis was not found until I had stopped growing and was initially found at 36°. It has climbed to 51° now and I also suffer from sciatica, spinal stenosis foraminal stenosis, degenerative issues in my facets joints, and this goes on due to my upper limb disability, my issues rage every day to the chronic pain of the muscle, skeletal issues to the muscle pain, headaches, the breathing issues, etc. No one seems to do anything except waste time while I suffer through year after year, decade after decade. This is no life to live and within a few years of retirement. I’m just trying to make it through each day. I watched her videos in hopes that other people find your videos and Ken never have to suffer the same fate as I do.

We understand traveling for treatment can be inconvenient. However, for patients who live too far to visit our Celebration, FL clinic regularly, we offer a specialized intensive care treatment plan. This program condenses the total treatment time but requires a much more intensive schedule while you are at our clinic. This concentrated approach is what allows us to effectively address the progressive nature of scoliosis. Once you complete this in-person treatment phase, you'll receive a personalized home exercise program to maintain the progress you make with us.

Does scoliosis cause extreme fatigue I have great difficulty with this as I need to stretch out on my back to relieve the pain and extreme aches All of this makes me very tired and frustrated as I can’t get done normal every day chores, I feel so exhausted. Can scoliosis cause this? Thank you 😢

Curvature of the spine can lead to several factors that contribute to tiredness: Muscle strain: The body has to work harder to maintain balance, leading to muscle strain and fatigue. Pain: Scoliosis can cause pain, which can disrupt sleep and lead to overall fatigue. Limited physical activity: The pain and discomfort associated with scoliosis can limit physical activity, leading to a sedentary lifestyle and reduced energy levels. Respiratory issues: In severe cases, scoliosis can affect lung capacity, making it harder to breathe and contributing to fatigue.
