If you don't mind spoilers tho: Zeta disagrees with Alpha's leadership in Shadow Garden, then Zeta proceed to create her own hidden faction that fanatically worships Shadow and would do anything to make him immortal (yes, Zeta would betray Alpha and Shadow Garden to kill Claire and extract Aurora's power for Shadow). The manga currently is quite close to this arc.
