I just started watching your content a few months ago and it reminds me of driving from VA to CA and we hopped on the Blue Ridge Mtn. Pkwy in Asheville and worked our way to Pigeon Forge. The traffic through Gatlinburg was atrocious but it was a beautiful day in August and we enjoyed the scenery. Watching your videos and then seeing all of the destruction from the Hurricane has brought back the memories of the gorgeous mountains there in WNC and ETN. Thank you for doing the work you do and for being put into a position where you can help others. And Jeff, please stop apologizing for others mistakes. You are too nice to some of those people. They should be apologizing to you for having to drag out at all hours of the night to tow them or release their vehicles because they were too lazy to look around.

I likme the way you video and point out damages to cover yourselves before you tow. We used to do the same pointing out flaws (minus the video) back when I was in the car sales business when appraising a trade in. Most of the time the prospective customer would stand right there watching while we did the walk around. We would point out each and every flaw and mark it down in our notes while they watched so they couldn't claim that it was done while we test drove their trade.

We I take a vacation to Pigeon Forge,TN last few times we stayed in a cabin some not far from Dollywood and the last few times we rented a 3 bedroom home that's behind Holiday Inn express and beside a cemetery nice place and when are going to Gatlinburg we don't never drive all the way there unless we are passing through going home to Phenix City,AL We parked are vehicle at the trolley bus station the main one at Patriot park to ride the trolley to Gatlinburg and back we even do the same going into Dollywood we do this because of very little parking in Gatlinburg and high parking in Dollywood by doing this we never had are vehicles tow at all the years coming up to Pigeon Forge, TN

Jeff man that was awesome u done that for free. The guy I worked for would never let us do anything like that. (I did anyways) I got a forklift out of the mud for a food pantry one time an got yelled at. Then gave some elderly guy a jump one day for free ,got told we wasn't in the business of helping people.
