What PC Part brands have the WORST customer service?

I second Corsair having good customer service. Not technically done a proper RMA but I had a faulty PCIE power cable on an RM850 PSU that I got from a friend. It was several years old, I had no clue about warranty or anything. I emailed them to ask if I could buy a cable from them for it, and they actively offered to send one to me for free, only requiring a picture of the PSU with the serial and product number on it. Very cool!

I'll never buy Corsair PSU again because i don't want deal with RMA and other PSU company work better so no more wasting time. Corsair good in every other items but not in PSU.

I always bought Evga Gpu's, I just bought a strix 4080 super, but my next pc build I was thinking of going all Gigabyte Aorus products, and I Always go Intel CPU no matter what

Read up on gigabyte graphics cards. They crack and gigabyte doesnt even respond to rma requests.

You didn't exactly loss money returning the msi card. You have been made whole. But yeah you back to where you wanted to be was now more expensive. Can't blame msi for that though, that was the miners.

Yes they did refund, however I was quite displeased about the length of time and the fact that they didn't even fix it the first time
