Yo to help out the chain issue I highly recommend getting a chain roller kit for it and a aftermarket chain guide. Helped my klx 110 tremendously and I never deal with chain issues. Also would recommend a frame cradle before the stock bolts rip out of the engine cases.been there done that lol

For ttr 110 get a 290mm dnm shock with 350lb spring made for a crf 110. you have to put 4 washers on each side of the shock to make it work but it does work good. BBR dampening rods in the front forks and it is dialed. YZF 110

I have a 2003 DR-Z 110 with a Lifan 125cc 4 speed engine, 26mm Molkt carburetor with 17.5 pilot jet, a 102 main jet, ported muffler, 15T front sprocket, 33T rear sprocket, 295mm rear shock, a chain roller, and some home made applications. My top speed in 4th gear is about 57 mph. It's wicked fast.

Try a 35 in the rear it's perfect for the 3 gear setup, it's in between the pull and and gives you some top end as well... if you end up on a really wide open track for sure 33 anyways been watching you guys for a while looks like fun it's been awhile since I've done it but I miss it my daughter's doing it now and I'm showing her how.

Look into a piranha pitbike. They make bikes specifically for adults and not kids trail bikes. Their 110s are nuts as well as the 125 and 140

You can buy a shock spacer for the shocks for ttr's but beware you will blow the shock if u don't change the fluid to recommended weight. trust me i've been through 3 shocks already

Dylan Tremblay there is a JTI foot peg set but you also have to buy the skid plate to put the pegs on but they are super nice and worth it

Yeah they make a cheaper version of what the other guy said, tbolt makes a cradle for like $80 and you can use your stock footpeg setup. Super solid and will never have problems again.

I've had klx and crf 110 the crf110 is miles better and after the upgrades even better. Now the new pitster pros are insane and for the money shit on the klx and crf. They come with every major upgrade you would want to do on your pitter and if you want to get crazy they have sick models that are for racing if you're about it and still WAY better priced than what it would cost you to even come close to getting the klx or crf to its level without dumping big bike dollars.

You should put a higher pro taper handlebar, throw on a new shock and stiffen it, put a FMF powercore, as well as a tall seat, then you’re good! While you’re at it, custom graphics, plastics, number plates, and seat cover!
