As someone who's been aching for Kalos content for a long while (so much so that I've started work on a bit of an overhaul story myself-), I gotta say, sitting down and watching through both this and the main story video made me genuinely really happy. I about teared up at the end of the main story video, seeing that everything throughout the whole story had come together, and that that AZ moment during the parade was actually set up for and fully earned imo. Huge, huge props 👏 (will be stealing some ideas if that's alright- Serena setting her path on helping the next generation, for example, is a really interesting choice that I'm kinda kicking myself for not thinking of on my own)

I think I'll make Shauna the new gym leader. While annoying at times, she showed real heart and intent to grow stronger. Also, with Kalos being based on the beautiful nation of France it would be the perfect spot for Pokemon Contests, especially considering Gen 6 gave us our gen 3 remakes, the games where Contests were introduced. As a sport that displays the style of the pokemon, I think it'd be a great fit for the break dancing Tierno. Maybe we could also get an appearance by Fantina, as she is supposed to be French herself. With his red hair and love of learning, I think it'd be cool to make Trevor a member of the Magnolia family and perhaps be on a journey of becoming a researcher like Sonia.

No pokemon z made me fall out in 2017 after not enjoying moon first time, and kalos became my favorite region. Being a kalos fan is hard since alot of my favorite pokemon pokemon were there Greninja(favorite pokemon) Hoopa(favorite Mythical) Talonflame:(Favorite early bird) Noivern(Favorite dragon) Goodra(favorite pseudo)

Even today 3 generations later after the release of Scarlet/Violet it's still one of the largest Pokédex in the mainline games today without needing cheap things like an Expansion Pass. But I wished Generation 6 changed more types. For example: They changed Mega Charizard X to a Dragon anyway why not make him a dragon too. Vivillon was the only new Bug type so why didn't they make it the original/first Bug-Fairy together with Spewpa. And one of the biggest type crimes of generation 6: Why is Florges not Fairy-Grass???

I just finished watching through this whole series, and I must say, as an avid Kalos boy, this sounds like it could've been the greatest pokemon game ever, you took the half empty shell that GameFreak and Nintendo sold to us it turned it into a flowing, cohesive, and fantastic story, to rival even the supposed best games of Black and White. *This* is the Kalos game I wanted for so long, and hey, with Legends Z-A coming next year, maybe Kalos isn't left just to it's unfortunate fate, and it's obviously partially thanks to devoted huge projects like this one was for you, so thank you. This was a touching and amazing video, and it deserves all the praise it's received, you did an amazing job

Very awesome ideas here to give the Mythical Pokemon a role without requiring some limited-time event. And giving the Gym Leaders a role in each of the stories, it's amazing. The only thing I find ridiculous is the whole thing with assigning one of the rivals to become a new Gym Leader, which is good and all, but with the whole thing of specifically choosing where the Gym is and what their teams should be... feels overwhelming. Like, they each would probably just have their own respective types to use. And the mention of regions that GAME FREAK thought of after Kalos... why? Isn't this meant to be a Gen 6 game? Or is it meant to be a current gen game for if GAME FREAK decided they messed up with XY and finally revisited Kalos after a decade by making the long-awaited Z version?

This was insane to watch and I would have loved to see this all in an official game. And seeing how well you handled this hypothetical game concept, maybe you could do something similar with the later two Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games. They have some really good stories and actually focus in on the story element a lot, plus their gameplay is pretty fun. This not including the fact you actually play as Pokémon in a world of only Pokémon. Though both Gates to Infinity and Super did suffer in some regards. Both having really good concepts in both story (PMD games don’t pull punches when it comes to what they go over) and gameplay, but faltering in the execution of certain ideas or the concepts themselves. So it would be cool if you would go over what you would improve or change with them like you did with the Pokémon Z concept. I don’t really see a lot of people go over these games which is a shame since at least story wise they beat the mainline games by a long shot. Just a giant comment from a PMD fan, have a nice day and good luck with everything.

Incredible as before. I cannot describe how happy this makes me. My only wish would be for the elite 4 to get something in the post game since they're completely absent in the main story and for Diantha and Steven interactions. I just love the champions interacting. The second part is a personal preference but the first part I think is a missed opportunity. Either way, great work as always.

It bothers me that game freak stopped making 3rd versions after platinum. I bet x/y and sw/sh would've had a better time if all the story/game elements were more polished with a 3rd version, would've probably made more money and make the games a little more bearable, atleast that's what i think.

Hmm... So the Ash-Greninja was mastered by Serena and given to you as an egg. The games did explicitly call the form Ash-Greninja. And as I like lore, this does not explain why it is called specifically as such. In Sun and Moon, it is implied that the Ash-Greninja gifted was from Ash himself so that naming convention make sense lore-wise.
