Henry is PHENOMENAL!!! I attended one of his courses years ago and still to this day I use his analogies and stories to help me set the love boundaries and drop down to my heart when I am going down a rabbit hole of unhealthy thoughts. This Ted Talk was exceptional as well and love the visuals he provides both verbally and physically. Thank you for being so great and love seeing you married and truly fulfilled ❤❤❤ you bring us all so much value.

Finally! Boundaries can also be used abusively in the yes/no space. The idea that there needs to be a redesign of the conversation about boundaries. Even by expanding the conversation to how much is very real progress and can be a joint agreement for a shared standard which I prefer to the label boundary. We need boundaries definitely for physical and true survival topics but then mutual understanding and communication for a vale based standard seems an additional label that can be useful for us all. Thank you for this.

I like what he saying but I disagree with a little bit. Narcissistic peoples don't understand just a little or how much. I think if your healthy person then your yes or no is enough

That’s why it’s important for you to have your boundaries. You can’t do anything about their behavior. Only yours
