I'm glad you addressed the "cookie cutter" topic. I have Gen1 truck engine that has been on a stand for a couple years, waiting to go in my car...and I had been beginning to 2nd guess that choice. But I always end up coming back to still being excited to get the engine in the car!

Cool one bud, i grew up on pushrod motors, love them, love the sound, but all i own is modular motors now, 3- 4.6l 2v's they are super reliable and fun to drive as well.

Why aren’t there any fox bodies with coyotes at the drag strip? (Back or front half)They all seem to be ls or small block Chevy swapped. At any given event, there’s 20+ fox bodies with an Ls, I’ve never seen a coyote win the pot

I love my 91 fox with her original pushrod 5.0 in her. The problem I am having is with my 2015 F150. She smokes when I first crank her up. Keep in mind I drive a really big truck all over the union so she sits for weeks at a time, I'm just wondering why the old girl does that? I'm not hard on her and I keep the services up on her, cause I love her🥰 TRUCK GANG!!!!!
