What Products to Use (and Avoid!) When You Get a Sunburn

Sunburns are inevitable if you don't wear and reapply sunscreen consistently! It's crucial to protect your skin, rain or shine, beach or mountains. But what happens if you get too much sun exposure and it causes a bad burn? It happens to the best of us, and there are a few things you can do at home to make sure your skin doesn't suffer as a result. Dr. Jessica Wu is a beloved celebrity dermatologist - she can't disclose her clients, obviously - but she is responsible for transforming and maintaining some of the best mugs in Hollywood. During our interview, Dr. Wu told beauty reporter Kirbie Johnson a few remedies for sunburns that she never heard before, including one that doubles as a refreshing drink. And which products should you avoid after you get a sunburn? If you deal with acne, you'll want to listen up.

Coconut Oil is a mild natural sunscreen I think its like SPF 10 better than nothing I guess

As much as doctors say you dont need above 50 spf, that its not been proven to help anymore.. My 60 spf doesnt cover me as well as my 110 spf does. Red head problems

Have a search on google for SPF graph and you'll see that the % of UV rays blocked from SPF 30+ onwards doesn't really change! But if you like your 110 go for it, as long as it's broad spectrum protection :)
