Thanks for your informative video. Can you please provide any suggestions for those who have a school-aged child that needs to be dropped off and picked up from school, and their partner works hours that do not enable him or her to assist with the pick-up and drop off process ? I have looked into companies that do carpooling and private bus services, but this is hard to come by in my area, not to mention that one has to ensure that the method is very reliable to ensure the child is safe and gets picked up and dropped off on time. I have one alternative that I feel I would need to do instead of doing business as a daycare provider, but If you can provide any suggestions, this would be very helpful.

It really depends on your state requirements, but I would say if you are going to be classified as the "active Director" then you will need to meet the qualifications of a Director.
