Desmond ridder is the real deal. I graduated from UC a while back and am an avid fan of UC football. I have followed ridder college career. He has the tools. He took UC to the college playoffs. I live in atlanta, during rider's time with the Falcons, He did not have a good coach. His was in a bad situation that did not help build his confidence. He was the starter, then not the starter. Then the starter again. As you mention in the clips he has the tools. He is cool, has the arm and the accuracy. He needs some help from the O-line. He came to the raiders cheap and I think you have a diamond in the rough. Give Dez some playing time. You will see what he can do as he gets NFL experience and more real NFL game experience. Go Dez and go raiders!

Yes, start ridder, but the Raiders need a Jackie slater type tackle and guard to give any Raider qb a chance to throw. That's why i have said a million times, we need an elite rb to ease the qb pressure. A young, uninjured Todd Gurley type would be a perfect addition.
