Recaps are alright, but please break it up in 2 and spread it thru the week. Otherwise it's just 30min of outdated newspaper reading sprinkled with cheeky but sometimes try-hard nicknames. Like jsteeler said, breakdowns are where it's at. Combine visual feed with real content u get from books and other sources (pls keep linking them) is where you're strongest. SB nation vibe is a plus. RE: power rankings, depends on how they're executed. Pinholes is great b/c he uses real stats. Conversely, if you just become a subjective "I think this I think that channel", I'd unsub pretty quick. Gimmie real data, real breakdowns based on experts. Not takes. Just me tho

A Pens breakdown might be good. 3-6-1 to start, last or near last in every major defensive category, Jarry in the AHL, etc. And Karlsson + Letang playing dreadfully. Most all of Dubas’s moves haven’t worked. At best 2-3 have been just decent, and those are more minor moves.

Two things are true: 1) Hockey Psychology is the best and most entertaining NHL coverage channel on KZbin. 2) The Toronto franchise made a mistake when thinking that a coaching change (to Berube) would make a positive impact on results. The problem with Toronto is the top-heavy salary/roster situation. It’s been that way for a few years, and there’s no head coach that can fix that.

hey man! just wanted to start by saying i love the channel!! i’ve noticed you tend to spend more time on certain teams than others, which is usually pretty entertaining anyways, but i’d love to see more focus on different teams too. i might be a little bias cause they are my home team, but the caps have been having a great start and overall i noticed you usually skip over their games pretty quickly. i know there are a couple teams like that, but the caps are what stick out to me bc as i said they are my home team. other than that, i love your content! as a hockey player myself it’s pretty hard to keep up with all the games but these recaps make it quick and easy to catch up. thanks for the hard work!

I'm more than okay with the way the Cats are playing. I see then turn it up a notch when they play their rivals, and it's still not their max, I feel. They will become lethal again around the time it truly matters.

​@@Your_Role_Model I agree. The only issue I feel they need to address is Spencer Knight. He's been very shaky so far. The Cats always end up having to play from behind when he's in net. I don't know that they've scored first in any game he's started. I think Paul should give Driedger a try. I don't think Spencer is ready. He's not a goalie you can depend on when stress is high and he's called upon to make big saves when it really matters. The Cats aren't going to be able to score 6 unanswered goals every time he starts like they did last night. I'm so happy to get Barkov back tonorrow!

As a stars fan, it drives me nuts. I know he doesn’t hate us, but the lack of coverage (over many outlets) is frustrating. I’d love actual insight other than just “the stars are good” or “the stars lost, tough”. Panthers have played excellent hockey without Barkov and kept themselves at the top of the Atlantic. Now they look to get him back this Monday for the Buffalo game. This team fully healthy should make teams very wary of them.
