Adriana M One time I was on a flight and after we landed, we suddenly took off again (with no explanation) and we were on the air for 30 minutes longer, not knowing what's going on, until we finally landed again. Everyone was freaking out, looking for answers, I remember I was crying. After researching I now realize it's a something called a "go around" where the plane lands but takes off a again to ensure a safer landing, however the pilot didn't tell us anything and that's why everyone was panicking. I know it's not the same thing but based on what I experienced, I can only imagine what the passengers on the Malaysian airlines flight were going through. To go completely off track and stay in the air for 2 hours longer then they should have! Gosh it was probably complete chaos. My heart hurts for them.

I'm wondering if maybe he was forced to do that. Like someone possibly threatened his family by saying "if you don't crash plane xyz we're gonna kill your daughters" or something. Maybe to make someone or something who was on that flight disappear. That would explain him being so agitated beforehand and his voice getting shakier during his last recordings. There was a German pilot (Andreas Lubitz) who was suicidal and crashed his plane into the french alps a couple of years ago. He locked the other pilot out when he went to the bathroom and was extremely calm, on the blackbox recordings all that could be heard was him breathing calmly and the crew trying to get into the cockpit. I think if you're able to take down so many people with you, you wouldn't be as agitated before. People who are planning to kill themselves don't usually behave like that. Most of them are pretty calm and collected, especially if they had been planning it out for so long.

yeah it says its indestructible but after 30 days it just stops sending out those beeps every minute. you woul think that if something happened to the plane, they would make the black box send out SOS calls until found
@mmmmmmolly5 жыл бұрын
they are not indestructible, at my previous job was in aviation, (selling and buying spare parts), the parts that were unrepairable had to be scrapped. which was physically destroying the unit so that it is completely unusable, to avoid mistaking it with a functional one and also to avoid selling it on the black market. it's documented with paperwork and pictures, and it also includes black boxes. also battery life is limited, and i haven't heard about any intiative to implement a new type of black box with longer battery life. edit: if they damage the beacon or just the battery, it's dead.
@mmmmmmolly5 жыл бұрын
@@oliviab8546 there are no efforts i heard of to implement new types of black boxes because these cases are rare. they are reliable in case of "regular" crashes and there would be so many things involved with the change. also, a battery that powers the unit until it's found is not feasible, we can't make batteries that last for months and years (yet?) without charging. even if there were black boxes with longer battery life, there isn't an international/global law to implement it's use. each country/region has it's regulatory entity, for the USA it's the FAA, for Europe its EASA, for Canada it'sTCCA, and they establish the laws for flight and maintenance. smaller countries might not be obliged by law to use newer and better parts because of the high costs. i worked in aviation dealing with spare parts and the difference between what countries require regarding certification for the parts is huge. i can go on forever about this but i think i went off topic.

Hey Bella! My dad, who has worked with planes for over 25 years, actually has a theory about the idea that the oxygen failed; He thinks that the oxygen failed in the cabin (for some unknown reason) and that the oxygen masks then fell & that people had put them on. He also thinks that the oxygen for the masks had then ran out except for the pilots (as I’m pretty sure the pilots have more oxygen in their tanks than the passengers(I’m not 100% sure don’t quote me on it!!) resulting in the passengers and cabin crew all passing out and dying. This then would leave the pilot knowing he was going to be put in jail and be hated by many for the deaths of the passengers. With his current situation with his family and the fear that he would be put in jail for the rest of his life, he then decided to turn the plane off of its course, so that when the plane crashed it wouldn’t interfere with anyone or any land, so turning the plane towards the sea was a better option. He may have then taken off his oxygen mask, put the plane on autopilot and left himself to pass out and die peacefully rather than crashing it himself. The pilot also may have not contacted anyone about the passengers dying as he didn’t want to upset his children that their own father, had caused these deaths and didn’t want to be known as a bad man. I don’t know, it’s just a theory :))

I think Malaysian government was not involved in this. Why would they do that? The missing of MH370 had caused a huge loss to Malaysia and it affected Malaysian economy really badly. A lot of money was invested into searching the plane. However, I do think it happen because of political reason. There are a lot of rumor regarding China and America being involved in the missing of the plane. I believed the Malaysian government knows what actually happened, but they cannot say anything about it as it is involving powerful countries and Malaysia could not do anything because Malaysia is just a small country. They could be threatened. As for the pilot, I think he's innocent.

The media tried to pin point EVERYTHING on the pilot. Even made up stories about him having an affair. They made up stories that he felt guilty to his wife and commited suicide. They found a pic of him and a girl and made up stories that the girl was the mistress eventhough the girl was actually his niece. There was also a cctv footage of the pilot smoking before the plane went on air and they made up stories that he was high and crashed the plane. First of all, a piece of SMOKE does not make you high like wtf. The pilot also planned to travel with his family so why would he kill himself ? Yall blaming the pilot and not thinking about how his family feels. His wife is so strong at taking all the criticism. I have been so tuned into this case since the day the news broke and I have a couple interesting thoughts to share... I seem to remember there being a theory about a group of Asian doctors who were on board the plane, who were working on something that would widely help the general public (I believe... something along those lines) and this theory really played on how shady the Malaysian government was at the time, and basically the theory was that they organized for the plane to disappear in order to put a stop to the work that those doctors were doing. Am I the only one who remembers that theory floating around? One thing I will say about it, is I feel it would be pretty easy for the Malaysian government to frame this specific pilot, due to his personal life issues and even to fabricate questionable routes on his flight simulator. I’m also surprised that Bella didn’t mention the supposed voicemail that someone posted on Twitter this year that kind of went viral. That tied into the theory about the plane being at Diego Garcia. Supposedly someone received a voicemail from a survivor that sent coordinates over the phone, that lined up with the American base, Diego Garcia. I have looked into this theory quite a bit and there is a lot of interesting information out there. Who is to say how much of it is true but, I like to keep an open mind 👁

Recently another guy (dnt know the name) said he found a plane at the bottom of the ocean and believes it to be the outline of MH370. Not saying I believe it, but I just happened to read an article about it on Sputnik.

The pilot ditching the plane sounds most plausible, but not finding the black box confuses me. They ALWAYS find that. Hmmmm... 🤔
@jodym21015 жыл бұрын
If they found the black box, then they'd therefore know the site of the plane crash no?
@rtide5 жыл бұрын
Plane didn’t crash nor disappear, it was just parked somewhere to kidnap important people on that plane. Google this. Coincidence? Rothschild Inherits Freescale Semiconductor Patent - result of engineers deaths on flight MH-370 (worth a read)
@dalmina13875 жыл бұрын
@@rtide then how did the passengers survive going so high up? they went so high that it was 100% CONFIRMED that they died (that's why they didn't make phone calls) also, if it didn't crash then how did they find that 1 piece of the plane so far in the indian ocean?
@rtide5 жыл бұрын
Dalmina They died because ‘they’ dispatched witnesses. They found a piece because it was probably dismantled somewhere after

I think the most believable theory is the pilot planned this the whole time, because of the days leading up to the disappearance and the flight simulations that he did. Of course next to that is the plane was hijacked.
@graceamberg87616 жыл бұрын
Maybe someone was blackmailing the pilot into doing it, so in the days prior he practiced what they wanted him to do. So it was a hijacking but the pilot was forced into it..

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS - what happened to this plain reminds me way too much of the new show manifest. Basically, in the show these people board a flight and get to their destination assuming nothing and that it was just a normal flight. However, upon arrival, they notice heaps of police force etc. They were then told that they (the plane ) had been missing for (i think) 5years!!! they obviously found this very hard to believe but all of their family members had aged considerably. The passengers were not harmed and to them, it felt like a normal flight. I mean no disrespect but imagine if this plane just turns up thinking it had gone for 5 hours when really it just vanished. now i know this is not real because it has absolutely NO evidence. but it's just an interesting thing to think about. edit: okay so this obsiously never going to happen and it is complete fiction, i was just trying to say that the case reminded me of the show, that's all xxx

i went from sydney australia to malaysia with flight mh370. turned out they actually crashed flying after my flight which is intense to image what me and my family could of been through
@Simplybreex_5 жыл бұрын
I believe it was a decompression (loss of oxygen), it only takes a few minutes to lose consciousness without oxygen or become hypoxic (a state of euphoria), in which the pilot could have thought he was flying the plane correctly but not be fully aware of their state of mind. There have been cases of decompression where all passengers and crew have become unconscious and flight crew have suffered from hypoxia and crashed the plane 🙁 It’s something that’s taught in cabin crew and flight crew training and unfortunately only takes a few minutes to turn into a catastrophic situation.
@Simplybreex_4 жыл бұрын
Lilcrazyperson there could have been damage to the fuselage, causing a slow decompression in the cabin 🤷♀️. There was a case in Mexico I think (can’t really remember) where this happened and caused passengers and crew to become hypoxic and then lose consciousness unfortunately.
