Another great video, its true that foreigners have been abusive towards there filipina wives and girl friends. Its also true that men from all nationalities have been abusive towards women of all nationalities. The lesson here is to be careful, you can find abusive men right there in your home town if your not careful. So dont let these stories scare you away from what could be a beautiful relationship with someone who is a foreigner. Love and kindness will always win, take care guys.

Thanks for the video. It's interesting. Filipinas think foreigners are abusive and unfaithful. But I've often been told of abusive and unfaithful Filipino husbands, live ins, and boyfriends. Sounds like someone is pushing scare tactics.

It's so funny to hear so many saying "womanizer", when in every other interview when asked why they don't want to be with a Filipino, it's because they're womanizers. If they can't trust Filipnos or foreigners to be faithful, I guess that means they'll be alone forever. Yes, there can be SOME that are abusive, but I think the majority are not. What do Filipina's think tampo is? ABUSIVE behavior, it is emotional and manipulative abuse. Afraid of foreigners being "touchy" while Filipina's constantly grab a hold of people and like to tap them when they say something funny or out of the ordinary. I think a lot of the "attitude" is a misconception because they allow their emotions and stereotypes blind them from reality. Foreigners tend to be more straight forward, and say what they mean so as to leave no doubt about what they're saying, it's effective communication, and Filipina's may see that as them being condescending, arrogant, rude, disrespectful, etc. when it wasn't meant to be. I also think the ladies may want to get past the "Get permission from the parents", older ADULT foreigners may think they shouldn't need permission to take another ADULT on a date. If she's not a mature enough ADULT to make that decision on her own, then she's not mature enough to be in a relationship with. The whole purpose of the date is to get to know her and see if she's someone he wants to pursue further, if her family is involved, it can create far more problems than need be. A relationship can be destroyed just as easily by her family/friends as it can be by her own attitude, behaviors, and personality. These are young women. In this day and age I think it's a great idea and practice for women to have men in their family vet who they date. Most women choose based on emotions, and men choose based on logic and what's best.

I am curious how the foreigner goes from asking her name to meeting the parents. It is as simple asking her name, making your intentions known, and penciling an appointment to meet her family? Or is there some pseudo-dating where we just happen to see each other in public venues until we are ready to move to the hand holding stage?

One big cultural difference is that ; us from the west , we consider the fact that we want to date a Filipina , and not the whole family. No disrespect intended , it's just the way it is.

You have to respect and be flexible with the fact that you moved to their country in which you are a guest. That's their culture, and they are better than the women in most of our home countries because of their culture and respect for family. We can't have it both ways.

You think foreigners aren't afraid? ANYBODY could easily gather facts I have never been a womanizer in my past. ANYBODY could also easily gather facts I have not been a womanizer here in the Philippines. I think it's more about my NOT being a womanizer that turns a woman's head from interest in me here. I'm not quite sure how staying away from a man who is NOT a womanizer benefits the Pinay but it clearly does. What I AM sure of is that if I asked someone here to give their opinions of my assessment above I would not get an answer that makes sense unless it was completely honest and factual. It is so peculiar to me, aforementioned phenomenon, that at times it feels as if women around me are getting paid to shun me. This doesn't bother me as I am not an animal but rather a human being. Furthermore, a logical and relevant note would be to mention that Argentina has made prostitution legal since the men who MIGHT have entered into such a transaction before prostitution was legal in Argentina did NOT enter into such a transaction out of complete lacking of trust of those enforcing such illegality of said transaction, and also there was a mistrust of those offering such illicit services. In the end it was Argentinian women who called for legality of prostitution there since the men were not stupid enough to take the bait...and their economy was hurting so severely because of hindering a good economy that ultimately started with the global banking cabal. Still, take note that if communism comes to be a thing HERE you will have NO choice of whether you want to be a prostitute or not...and those who controlled such corruption taking any profit from such a transaction will then FULLY be in the drivers seat....no matter what you are told to believe as true. I know you might feel my assessments above are harsh but I can assure you that I've seen more than a thousand murder interrogations take place and the global banking bolshevik cabal has not one difference between their mindest and actions than the murderers convicted in the interrogations. ....you will own NOTHING and ACT happy if THAT happens. And if you're not a convincing actor youll serve no purpose for the bolsheviks and be sent for some form of health "treatment" The next worry by those who "care about your happiness and health most" is Japanese Encephalitis...since measles and German measles aren't given much attention to these days.

Most American's are not violent. Actually, the statistics show the Women here in the States are 75% more abusive than the men. IMO, I think the Filipina's are confusing the touching thing to men's protective instinct to a certain degree. Most men in the States are raised to be traditional protectors and providers, I think that needs to be addressed to these Filipina's. I know 1 rotten apple can ruin the bushel, but please try not to judge us all that way Filipina's.

Most don't understand that so many of the foreign guys have trouble dating in the major cities and they go into the province areas. What causes this is alcohol, mental issues and past relationships they bring into the Philippines. These Germans, Italian, French an American guys cause this. They have ruined the Philippines

Interesting interviews guys.It's a pity the minority ruin the reputation of good men, tar the decent guys with the same rotten brush. Women need to get to know the guy before jumping into a full on relationship, and abstaining from sex is included. If the guy wont wait, well that shows what he is really after. Filipina are well known for abusive emotional abuse of of foreigners as well , via tampo. Very immature and selfish thing to do. Better to open up about problems in a rational and adult way, rather than subject the man to cruel emotional behaviour, IF they want a permanent and close and loving relationship. The guy may not even realize he has done something wrong . If he enjoys upsetting her, she needs to leave that so called relationship immediately. It would be an interesting question to the women there, why they tampo, and why not open up and share thier feelings to thier partner or husband.If the guy enjoys upsetting her, kick him to the winds.
