Wait, so 1.) men dont wear engagement rings? 2.) A woman can decide not to marry you and keep the engagement ring, which is the more expensive ring? 3.) The woman wears the engagement ring with big shiny diamonds all the time while you guys are engaged? Seems a little risky, or attracts possible theft. I always thought the engagement ring was just a simple band and the wedding ring was extravagant. 4 ) at the wedding the woman wears both the wedding and engagement ring from that point on? 5) how do you know what size her ring finger is to suprise her w an engagement ring? 6.) Can we get matching ring pops and call it a day?

I think engagement is an interim commitment, not lifetime commitment.
