Thanks as always for the video! I started running this summer with couch to 5k and really really enjoyed it. I couldn't believe that after years spent dreading it in school, I was actually spending my free time running. Since completing it I've been less consistent and definitely made it less of a priority, feeling a bit lost and unsure on where to go from here. I cannot lie, though, this idea of running an Ultra event and finding that headspace sounds freaking scary and exciting!

Hey Sara. I totally feel this, we've all been there and especially because of the way in which you got cracking on your run journey, a couch to 5k really helps but more than the run or distance itself what it really focuses on is the consistent structure. That can be really hard to replicate outside of the plan. My advice to begin with is always to revisit the structure behind the plan you followed and aim to replicate the basic rhythm in a format that fits your life. So for example if it was 3 runs per week or 30 minutes work every other day, use that blueprint and build a new pattern that works and motivates you. YES I'm very excited to bring this new idea to to you all, l have just finalised the first 110k 2 day event for next year so l will be releasing spots very soon so keep an eye on my Instagram :) L

I am 12 years old i will be 13 in 1 month and i can lift about 20-35 kilos on most exersises and 90-120 kilos on leg press[10 reps 4 times] and i fill comfortably that i can increase the weight should i do it or should i decrease the weight plz answer
