Uhh I have dentures and I would like to do scuba diving sometime. I wish that they would make a mouthpiece were you don’t have to bite and just hold the mouthpiece with your lips?!

I have a comfo bite mouth piece. I just got it. There were no instructions. I have to say that I'm not sure how to use it aside from putting it in my mouth. Should I bite down at all? Do I still make a seal with my lips around the outside?
