I think that what these clones are missing from the original is that intruders just... Aren't interesting and don't appear to do anything. In the original game, intruders had a constant presence through the night and often interact with the player in some way. I'm on Observation Duty is also better at losing you in the small details before surprising you with a big scary change. Maybe hard mode will make this more interesting.

What you missed 16:40 The orange soap dispenser, there were two of them instead of one, that was the duplication. As for the basement one, I had to go back over and over again cause I was on the same boat as you two. It looks like the "disappearance" was the actual shelves of the metal shelving unit, and the part that fell over was the two, either brackets to the wall, or it's the two brackets that are the "legs" of the shelving unit. Basically the inside of that shelving unit disappeared, left all the shit that was on the shelves, and the two vertical metal pieces fell over.

I’m so glad they decided to play anomaly watch, it’s one of my favourite “I’m On Observation Duty” clones next to; Para Eyes, Spectator 1 & 2, Alternate Watch, Caught On Camera and the I’m On A Surveillance Mission series. It’s always fun watching these guys get jump-scared by intruders/ghosts/corpses and gaslighting themselves on whether or not something has changed or what anomaly they need to report 😂
