What's an ENTJ and ESTJ Relationship Like?

I am a female ENTJ and my husband is an ESTJ. Its very true in the aspect of perspective. We both have a common goal in life regarding a business but the way to get there was getting hard almost impossible because he had his own ideas and I had mine.I love him so much but I had my visions of how to get there since I was in middle School and I shared it with him and once we got married he changed everything because he thought his ways were better than mine.. and because I love him I let him take the lead but once things didn’t turned out as he planned he wanted to keep insisting with the same procedure and thats when I had to tell him your getting in the way of me reaching my goals and I am really close to letting you go.. thank god we both sat down to negotiate our ideas and came to an agreement. ❤

Sorry to hear of the struggles, but I’m glad you were able to talk about it. You have a lot to offer each other and a lot of perspectives to add to the strategy of creating, maintaining (Si) and moving forward with the vision (Ni). Gotta make sure you both can communicate emotions tho, yeah?

I am entj my grandfather ESTJ. Not sure how to describe but like you said we think differently. He probably one of the most efficient people I met. It's like his ideas are in a box and there only certain number ways it needs doing or maybe that not good way to describe but I'll see other way to go about doing things. It's like 2 different maps. I think I am also efficient. We just two different approaches to thing we see differently. He really smart intelligent

I recently meet my first ENTJ as a ESTJ female and he was super interesting, he was like me but totally not like me at the same time. We seemed to instantly become great friends and loved each others "thinking" traits lol

this is so true I’m a estj female and I have a older brother that’s 10 years older than me and he’s a entj and we have such a good relationship and were like twins, cause we have the same kind of thoughts and we kind of both like to read and yea we’re just like twins hehe

Kinda feels like there would be this feeling of the other person being irresponsible or not diligent enough. Ni is my tertiary and it's the ESTJs auxiliary which means they're being responsible with how they navigate through life. Whereas Si for the ENTJ is all about being responsible to that sense of duty and it's double responsible both as a cognitive attitude (auxiliary) and a cognitive function (Si) so that's a double whammy right there. Safe to safe responsibility is going to be SUPER important to the ENTJ but for the ESTJ it will be more on a whimbut still somewhat responsible. I could see how that could easily lend itself to conflict and miscommunication.

Estj are like fruit flies. Just don't expect them to be able to focus more than two seconds and you won't get frustrated. They are nice if you know that about them. If you want a real friendship you need to pick someone with a longer attention span like and infj or entj.

Totally not true. ESTJ cannot think STRATEGICALLY. They suck in predicting the future movements.
