Usually meaning low and middle class, although a lot of times meaning just the low and lower middle class. Languages work differently with words i. e. if you wish someone "happy evening" it's (again) shortened version of "I hope that you enjoy this evening". Find better excuse to attack someone than you not understanding basics in the language you're using. That said, especially to attack Palestinians which suffered enough during the past 50 years and which situation is looking even more grim lately. US can politically and effectively support the people in Iran so that we can get rid of this mafia regime sooner. We don’t need a war or military movement but just avoid doing business and dealing with this corrupt murdering regime who has no morals and doesn’t care about Iranians at all. We have nothing in common with them. They’ll be gone soon. Remember that our revolution has just started and the idea of removing this regime is this much widespread just since 5 years ago. Before that, we thought we could have reforms. But we got to know that there is no reforms possible within this regime. So don’t get deceived that we wanted this regime. From the day one, this regime was never chosen and never liked and got and remained in power just by bloodshed. They are a black point in our 7000 years history nothing more. Usually I look for description more than just "people vs gov". I wish there was more description of the opposition parties/groups/factions/etc. and how the protests are organized; and what the protestors did (likely many peaceful, some not). Otherwise, it is very difficult to ascertain what actually happened there. Typically, many political forces take leverage in cases like this one and the reality is usually more complicated. Wrongful death happens in a lot of places on Earth and all of them should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. But it is a big jump from a wrongful death to riots that could easily get many more people killed. Every action will be a forced move in a riot; and you would know why when you had been in one. People who too casually push an already marginal society beyond its safety redline also deserve serious examinations. There are usually many different undercurrents and that's what I would look for from news. Lives are not cheap and one shouldn't value one live way more than hundred others who might not want to be dragged into the abyss in the first place. We should respect lives in all cases and be really careful of the way and the method we use to shape the world.
