These people are delusional. That little bit of changes didn't do anything. They think tourists really care about whether locals have a Fry's grocery store downtown or not??? As far as bars, clubs and nightlife, MOST of them are closed due top the lengthy lightrail construction that killed downtown small businesses! Like over 12 are closed downtown and 50 in the city. Downtown isn't fit for a superbowl as there's literally nothing to do in Phoenix's downtown. The tourists will see this first hand. 👌
