Not really, Temp V was a highly altered variation of Compound V. Especially with the major drawbacks that temp-v cause, kinda like burning the candle at both ends a proper dose of true Compound V could actually have a higher chance of killing him. Even in the comics, Butcher tailored a different compound V to still be temporary and only have the limited effect of super strength. Since the Adult body is a lot less malleable to adverse changes, super strength on a temporary basis would have the highest chance of working and not killing the user.

As of ep4 of s4 Butcher appears to have some kind of living organism, like a parasite/symbiote. It makes him hallucinate his dead wife, she is aware of things butcher is not. While Butcher was being chocked out by a supe, the “worm” and “Becca” panic, making butcher black out and “Buthcer” the supe who was just overpowering him. Butcher also reveals he took a small dose of actual compound V but claims it has had no effect and only made things worse.

I think that parasite in his brain needs butcher alive.. if Butcher dies that parasite also dies. It is just feeding on Butcher small small and it will eventually take full control of him Oneday. It is moving in his body and growing gradually. We saw butcher passing out in the bathroom.. the parasite was taking control of him. For everyone here, Butcher took Compound V not too long ago. The combination of Comp-V and V-24 is providing him abilities that he cannot remember. He blacked out with blood on his hands in a recent episode because of it, and that worm inside of his head is a result of the combination. Theorized to be giving him his powers. No clue if he's still terminally ill or not though.

Huh, I don't know if it ever came up in the show or the comics. But what about supe's kids? Like Ryan is a born supe, but Homelander wasn't exactly a regular supe. Even he was an experimental modified version of soldier boys sperm. So can other Supes reproduce? Either together or with normal people? Supes might even be sterile. Except Soldier boy, Homelander, kimiko, anyone with a super high regeneration. Also that said, can the brain lesions even kill Butcher? When he's on it, he has increased strength and regeneration. So aslong as he keeps using it. He might be regenerating his brain matter as quickly as it's breaking down.

I don’t remember them ever saying that he grew rapidly. I think he grew normally, then his aging slowed once he reached physical maturity. The baby isn’t a clone of Homelander, that was a random baby in a hospital lab that was given compound V. If it were a clone of Homelander or related to him in some way, they would’ve kept it in a more secure place like Homelander and Ryan.

Quick correction Butchers lasers are not stronger. When both shot at eachother and the beams blocked one another butcher was unable to hold it while Homelander could have kept going as made evident when butch was screaming in pain and Solider Boy interfered to subdue Homelander. Also when both butch and homelander turn on soldier boy, butch shoots first as soldier boy whos able to block it with his shield. Then homelander joins in and shoots, as soon as he does...solider boy goes flying. I dont think Butchers lasers were at that level, maybe in time they would have got there had Butcher developed the ability more.

I said this on another video, when Butcher fought SB in vought tower, his head was probably riddled with brain lesions. SB packs a wallop as it is, imagine taking hits from SB when you have actual tumors in your skull. Its interesting to know that the V that SB and Stormfront got was different to the type that is used in the Boys timeline. So SB and Stormfront had "premium" V and every supe now has "regular" V. I do think, if Butcher got proper V, even the "regular" V that is used now, then quite frankly he'd probably be nearly as strong as Homelander himself. I do think that Temp V is probably not as good as perma V though.
