Hi Chris. You are part of a very small group of people, responsible for naming the suites on Queen Anne, for history, Cunard's and your very own, how gratifying that must be.

Thank you, Chris. Greatly appreciate viewing the Boston and Solent Suites. The tours are made more special by knowing the story behind the naming of the Queen Anne suites. Looking forward to seeing more of this beautiful ship that you have been so involved with and are so enthusiastic about.

I'm going to be on board for the British Isles cruise in a few weeks. The naming ceremony is going to take place when we're in Liverpool. I'm incredibly excited. This video is probably the only chance I'll get to see these suites. But now I know what they look like inside when i pass by the door!!

Chris thank you for this video… looks absolutely stunning. Can I ask if you can video and show the ocean view cabins that have baths in them. We are on QA soon and staying on deck 8. My parents have an ocean view with a bath as well as a shower and they have yet to see any pictures of the bathrooms with the bath for the ocean view rooms. There’s only a handful of them. Hoping you can get some video 🙏🏻 thank you for sharing your experience on this new beautiful Cunard. Wish we could see you on stage. Enjoy the maiden voyage 🍸😁

Hi Chris, Many thanks for the Q1 tour. My wife and I were fortunate enough to recently have the Q1 Rostron Suite on Queen Elizabeth. The two Q1s on QE are at the very aft of the ship on deck 7 and each suite is half the width of the ship, so the balcony is a huge wrap-around balcony. The Q1 on QE consists of three very large rooms: the kitchen/dining area, the living area and the bedroom. In addition there is a four room bathroom complex. The Q1 bedroom on QE is a least twice the size as the Q1 bedroom on QA, and QE suite felt much more open and airy than QA's Q1s which seem to be a rabbit-warren of rooms - the dining room looks pokey and confined in comparison to the dining room on QE. QA's bathrooms do look rather nice though - and the binoculars look to be the same as on QE. We very much liked the Q1 suite on Queen Elizabeth probably helped by its open-plan layout. Those who are not as comfortable with open-plan layouts may well prefer Queen Anne's Q1 because its rooms are broken up into segmented private spaces. Yes, the naming of suites is important. On Queen Elizabeth, the Rostron Suite is named after Sir Arthur Rostron who in 1912 was captain of Cunard's RMS Carpathia , the first ship at the scene to rescue survivors of the sinking of RMS Titanic. This made our visit to the Titanic Exhibition in Melbourne two months ago all that more poignant.

I'm with you on this one. Looks like the space has not been as utilised as well as it could. The 'Great Room', hardly and a four person dining room space. The concept of these grand suites is that you can entertain other guests. The artist impressions have not be justified by the built environment here in this suite and in other areas of the ship. A good example is the Grand Lobby that given teh size of the ship is anything but and there are areas elsewhere which are particularly gloomy or not well light.

It is nice yet small compared to Royal Loft Suite on a Royal Carriage ship of the Oasis class or similar. There you get a truly large balcony with a hot tub, bar area and space for six sun loungers. It also all seems to be one a single deck.

Greetings from a Tiny Island in Maine, USA - Might have considered naming it: Charles as the Charles River is the major waterway in Boston MA USA…… if that is what you’re referencing 😊 Either way quite nice option to travel.
@ChrisFrameOfficial8 ай бұрын
Hello! Thanks. We named it’s Boston after Boston Harbour which was a major port for Cunard from 1840 til the move to New York later in the 19th century.

Great video Chris, but I find the main rooms a bit stark with all the hard flooring. The bedroom areas however look lovely. We are staying in a Queens Suite in October and from what. I have seen so far, they look much more luxurious. Very excited to be exploring a new Cunard ship.

Chris ..I have to say I think the QA is one of the most joyless looking ships I have ever seen ,but her interiors seem to be absolutely beautiful .Very stylish and sophisticated .

Lovely rooms. Some Carnival money got ploughed into that, for sure! I feel I'd like them to be more cosy though, less bright and airy. I wonder what other people think?

Isn’t the Boston Suite a ‘Master Suite’ rather than a ‘Grand Suite’?
@cadicorniche8 ай бұрын
Personally, I don’t find a design successful when it appears one needs a ‘roadmap’ to find your way around a cabin/suite. In addition, in the first suite the separate rooms seem small.
@Shazzadut15 ай бұрын
Seems to me to have some unused vacant space which is a waste. That round bit called the lobby with its bit of ornaments in it is a waste of space. I’d rather have it more open and flowy, with just the bedroom and bathroom as a separate compartment. The small second bathroom could have been a walk in robe type space where clothes and luggage could be stored, instead of the old fashioned stool to put your suitcase on. The wardrobes in the hall near the door open into a very narrow hall. Why cram them in there?

sorry, but this does not seem to compare with Q1 on any of the other Queens. This looks far to compartmentalized and choppy, the green is not the right color with all the black. I must protest. Queen Mary 2 foreward Q2's remain the standard in my opinion. Lovely choice for name though.
