You are supposed to protect any exposed skin against sun which includes your hands and feet. Skin cancer is very real and it affects people with all skin colours and what not. Vitamin D absorption is also not affected by wearing sun screen so you don't need to worry about that

Hare Krishna 🙏 I've been seeing your videos since 2-3 years or more..I found you as a really very good person, very creative and unique..as your very old subscriber I suggest you to read a super miracle book named "Bhagvatgita by Srila Prabhupada" I'm quite sure you've known of this book, quite possible you have it also but read it from the very magnificent author A.C bhaktidevanrta Swami Prabhupada. Definitely it's a life changing book..a good person like you definitely deserve this! And also my suggestion to visit your nearby Iskcon temple every weekend or whenever you get time. My second suggestion of book would be "Krsna by Srila Prabhupada'.. definitely ready them as you read your other books. Hope Krishna showers lots of love to you😊💙

Mam ham sab log to jyada dhoop me nahi nikalte to bhi itna protection chahiye, expensive products ka. Gaon me aur jo majdoor daily dhoop me ham sabke liye kaam karte hain wo to ye sab laga bhi nahi sakte jabki sabse jyada jarurat unko hai. Ham swayam ko itna nazuk kyon bana rahe hain.
